Great location, clean inside and would probably use again as a budget stay
Pros:

Property in good location and easy to find

Cons:

Would have been better to have a TV, and cups so we could use the brew making facilities.
Other customers said they had cups in their rooms however we never so wasn’t able to make hot drinks

Garden area wasn’t maintained so had an unsightly view out of the rear patio doors which was unlocked on arrival.
And plug socket coming away from the wall also

We will be back again in the future.
Pros:

Location to Wembley is pretty much perfect. Room was fine for what we needed. Double bed, sofa bed and bunk beds. Communal kitchen plus a small kitchenette in the room. Same for toilets, one in the hall way then a private one with shower in the room. Have already told them that we’ll be in touch whenever we go to Wembley.

Cons:

Parking. It DOES STATE in the advert that they have three spaces and TO GET IN TOUCH to make sure you have a space. We messaged 9th May and didn’t get a reply. But when I messaged the day before arrival I got a reply and they were very helpful and confirmed I’d have a space. When we got there someone else had parked a minibus across two spaces and already left for the day plus a car in the third. When I spoke to the owner they were very helpful and gave me another address about 10 houses down the road that they have and said I can park there. I don’t really hold the owner responsible as such, and they got us parking even though we arrived before the check in time. All in all a very minor point and hasn’t stopped me from penciling in for next year.

Pay more for a better stay else

The morning we left and the location that’s it.

Cons:

Not the cleanest of rooms, kitchen was a mess and full of old food with a moldy banana in the fridge.

Couldn’t get in touch with staff, tried calling, messaging and WhatsApp and got nothing!

The shower tripped and we couldn’t get washed properly, again.. tried to call and got nothing.

The ceiling is paper thin and got woken up by the other guests which sounded like a heard of elephants

Disappointing
Cons:

Fridge froze my food . My breakfast that I had was frozen and not edible. As were my sandwiches we had made for our travels back. Very uncomfortable bed a noisy night due to neighbours little or no sleep.

Simple accommodation that’s affordable and in close proximity of Wembley stadium and Wembley Park tube station
Pros:

Was a simple room with good shared amenities. Clean and superbly located for Wembley Stadium

All round pretty good, though not a fan of the shared bathroom/toilet
Pros:

Good location, decent value, clean and secure

Cons:

Shared bathroom and toilet. I hadn't realised this when booking although to be fair it was mentioned in the small print. My bedroom door required a 6 digit code so it was secure, but when popping to the shared loo in the night, there was the inconvenience plus the risk of forgetting the code and being locked out of my room.
