Gutes Hotel mit angemessenem Service für die Preisklasse.
Pros:

Die Fenster sind sehr dicht, sodass man die halbstarken Vollidioten, die draussen auf dem Ring vorbei fahren, nicht hört.

Cons:

Eine Klimaanlage kann man in dieser Preisklasse nicht erwarten, aber ein Ventilator im Bad, der auch frische Luft von aussen reinzieht, wäre nett gewesen.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen sogar 2 Zahnbürsten samt Zahncreme

Cons:

Die Lage war etwas nachteilig, da es nachts sehr laut von der Straße her war. Liegt an einer Hauptstrasse und wir hatten das Fenster offen

Een heel vriendelijke receptioniste heeft mij geholpen met enkele euromunten vanuit haar eigen portemonnee voor de parking op straat , toen ik deze wou betalen met mijn kaart heeft ze dit geweigerd , een enorm lief gebaar

Integrationsbetrieb - zentrale Lage - freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein Integrationsbetrieb, d.h. hier arbeiten Menschen mit und ohne Behinderungen. Das ist per se sehr positiv. Die Zimmer sind groß und ansprechend eingerichtet, das Frühstück Standard und die Mitarbeiter*innen hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt am Dortmunder Ring, d.h. es gibt viel Verkehr, der selbst in den Zimmern, die in der Nebenstraße liegen, deutlich zu hören ist. Wer (Auto-)Lärm empfindlich ist, könnte ein Problem bekommen. Es gibt jedoch auch Zimmer, die zum Hinterhof gehen. Da ist alles top.
