L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil a la réception... la propreté et l'état confortable de la chambre...

Cons:

A ce moment canicule, j'étais obligé de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, avec les bruits de voiture et machine le matin bonheur était bruyant. J'aurais aimé avoir un petit ventilateur dans la chambre, comme il ny a pas d'air conditionné bien qu on ne doit pas trop les en vouloir, c'est juste un moment.

Ordentliche, zweckmäßige Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Dachterrasse ist ganz nett, auch wenn die gebotene Aussicht nicht unbedingt Fotoalbum-tauglich ist.
Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze am Straßenrand eine Parallelstraße weiter zu finden. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Lage direkt an der "Kfz-Poser-/Rennstrecke" Ostwall gelegen - das war mir zuvor nicht bewusst, d.h. Fenster öffnen selbst Sonntag nachts um 3 Uhr nicht empfehlenswert, da sich kaum jemand an das nächtliche Tempolimit hält und die Sportauspuffanlagen von gewissen Fahrern ganz bewusst akustisch provozierend präsentiert werden.
Frühstück recht einfach, aber ausreichend - etwas mehr Auswahl und etwas frisches Obst wäre schön.
Sauberkeit des Bads war mangelhaft: Habe die Fugen der Bodenfliesen mit dem harten Strahl des Duschkopfs von brauner Schmiere und Staub befreit.

Cons:

Mein persönlicher Eindruck: Die Betten eher die Matratzen sind zu weich und verrutschen oftmals, weil nur aufgelegt!

The room is big and clean, hotel is in the city centre

Cons:

There is no air-conditioning and it's hot in the room. If you open the window, then it's very noisy. Breakfast is ridiculously poor.
