Pros:

Location and beautiful garden. Staff very helpful and polite.

Cons:

Breakfast payed extra 24chf for nothing, not even eggs. Very poor breakfast. No aircondition in rooms and almost every day it is 35degrees. I payed for two nights 380chf and extra 48chf for poor breakfast and room without ac.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent location and thoughtful amenities.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was varied and included good options for people with allergies. The room had insect screens on the windows, which made it very comfortable. The location is fantastic and simply unbeatable.

Cons:

As the room is located under the roof, it can become quite warm and the air may feel a bit stuffy at times. With the windows open, some noise from the street can be heard.

Pros:

Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Stadtzentrum zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr schönes altes Hotel geschmackvoll renoviert. Netter empfang. Möglichkeit in Hotel Eden das Schwimmbad zu benutzen ohne Aufpreis. Gratis Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Falls es draussen wärmer gewesen wäre hätten wir gerne Nachts die Fenster geöffnet gehabt. Ein Mückengitter vor dem Fenster wäre wünschenswert. Ansonsten war alles prima. Die Betten waren gut, das Badezimmer sehr schön und die ursprüngliche Holzböden haben Charakter.

Il cliente ha sempre ragione! FORSE NON SEMPRE!!!

Parcheggio era facilmente raggiungibile e gratis.
Tutti gli spazzi erano puliti.

Cons:

Era la terza volta che soggiornavo in questo albergo. Il check-in era previsto alle 15:00, ma sono arrivato alle 13:20, molto stanco dopo il viaggio, e ho chiesto gentilmente la possibilità di entrare un po’ prima. Purtroppo mi è stato risposto che il check-in si effettua solo dalle 15:00.

Capisco perfettamente le regole della struttura, ma in altre strutture svizzere ed europee ho sempre trovato maggiore flessibilità e collaborazione in situazioni simili.

Per il resto il soggiorno è andato bene. Consiglio però di evitare le camere al 4° piano: essendo mansardate, risultano poco comode per persone alte. In ogni caso, avrei dovuto fare più attenzione io al momento della prenotazione.
