Good value and a spacious room in a convenient location
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location and offers good value for money. The room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, with enough space to move around comfortably and store our suitcases. Overall, it was a practical and pleasant place to stay.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that I disliked during my stay. Overall, the property met my expectations and I was satisfied with the experience.

Close to the train station. Good restaurant near by. There was a 711 literally next door

The first room was not as expected. We were told there was a soaking tub. There was not, it had been concreted in. Place smelled of mold. Alerted the staff they agreed to move us next day. The response was as if we had inconvenience them. Beds were hard as a rock. Think we'd been more comfortable on the floor. Next room. A worked fair. At least it had a tub. At first look greT

Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La struttura è pulita, comoda e situata in una posizione davvero strategica. Un grande punto a favore è la presenza di un supermercato praticamente attaccato alla struttura, comodissimo per fare la spesa o acquistare qualsiasi necessità. Inoltre, è molto vicina a diversi mezzi di trasporto.

Cons:

L'unica cosa un po' particolare è il fatto che non è possibile portarsi in giro le chiavi, ma è necessario lasciarle sempre alla reception prima di uscire.

Pros:

場所が最高です。古い感じですが清潔にされていて快適でした。今回は2回目の宿泊でしたが前泊まった時の部屋は甘い独特の匂いが苦手でしたが、今回の部屋は無臭でよかったです。

Location..just 2 mins from ShinOkubo station. Very spacious n separate toilet n shower room. Food shopping ...just out of e hotel of less than 1 min... very highly recommended n ILL BE BACK 💪👍
