Cons:

The receptionist was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke angrily, showed no patience, and was not helpful at all. I felt very disrespected every time I had to speak with her. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.

je retournerai très certainement à Heidelberg, mais pas dans cet endroit.
Pros:

emplacement, pas trop loin du centre ville

Cons:

clareté de l'offre sur booking . com ... il s'est avéré que le parking était payant en plus .... pas précisé dans le descriptif .
la kitchnette est tres pauvrement équioée .... 1 seule tasse, 1 bol, pas de casserole ni poele .... impossible de se faire un petit déjeuner .... J'ai demandé a la réception qui très désagréable a fini par me donner les ustensiles.
dans la salle de bain, 1 lumiere et le seche cheveux ne fonctionne pas.

Cons:

Ich hatte direkt nach Buchung um ein Zimmer mit Ausblick gebeten. Es hätte also genügend Zeit gegeben, eines in den oberen Etagen mit Ausblick auf die umliegende Landschaft zu reservieren. Stattdessen bekam ich eine Antwort, dass alle Zimmer zur Straße ausgerichtet wären. Bei Anreise wurde mir ein Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Straße, parkende Autos und vermeintliche Drogenverkäufer zugewiesen. Auf Nachfrage, ob es nicht doch ein Zimmer im oberen Teil des Hotels geben könnte, habe ich dann ein kleines Zimmer mit Blick in den Hof erhalten - aber in dem Zimmer war dann alles kaputt: Die Duschhalterung, die Duschkabine, der Zimmerventilator. Es war ein katastrophaler Aufenthalt und das Geld wirklich nicht wert. Außerdem war ab 18:30 die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt.

Bon Rapport qualité prix , localisation centrale

Cons:

Absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre difficile à imaginer en période festivale les aliments périssent vite sinon tout le reste bien.
