Outstanding customer service and beautiful accommodation
Pros:

The property is beautiful, very quiet even in a busy area, and the rooms are exceptional. Very spacious and they have everything you need.

The most outstanding part of Abode was their customer service. I had pre-booked for 8 nights to visit my sister in Canberra, but 3 nights in our grandmother went into palliative care and I needed to checkout early to travel back to Sydney. My booking was non refundable but both Booking.com and the Abode made extra steps to ensure I was refunded for the nights I was not able to stay, which made a huge difference and left a lasting impression on me.

I greatly appreciate all the help granted to me by both the Abode Phillip and Booking.com during this time. This is why I always book my hotels through Booking.com.

Very disappointed… wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

Room was nice

Cons:

Access to venue is very difficult… there is very limited parking and patrons are expected to park in public car parks away from the venue… this is impractical with children and luggage. Parking is also not secure.

Overall a good experience in difficult circumstances.
Pros:

location excellent. Did not have breakfast. Wife had medical emergency staff were excellent in providing help and booking two more days
