Great location with everything you need.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Well equipped that was modern and everything you could need for a stay.

Cons:

Only after booking did I discover a $25 per fee was payable for parking on-site

Though the rooms were very nice, the parking for my stay was awful.
Pros:

The room was excellent! Modern and super clean. Loved it.

Cons:

Parking was terrible, I wasted 35 min just trying to park so I check in. Ended up parking in a loading zone. Then I was told that all the parking spots under the building was full and was asked to park about 800mtrs away. I told reception that I had bad knees and struggled with great pain walking back from the car. This was terrible!

As always the stay at the Abode is a comfortable & accommodating experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent. It is central to many parts of Canberra, especially Woden Mall & the hospital. The underground carpark is peace of mind for the safety of your car. Our room was close to the elevator.

Pros:

The room was a good size, lots of space to move around and the bed was big and comfy. It had everything I needed for a 2 night stay.

Cons:

The large gap under the door meant the air flow to made a loud sound like a wind tunnel. Had to block the gap with a towel.

The bed was very comfy.

Cons:

What a nightmare to check in, took me over an hour to do the check-in. Called many times & no answer from Reception, left voicemails, no call back.
When you pull up there are large black boom gates saying don't park in the driveway. No sign to say it's Abode Phillip or call the intercome at the gates to get reception, so you can at least park inside the boom gates to collect your key.
No info when booking that you have to pay $25 a night for parking.
Happen to find the underground parking by chance driving around in circles, then couldn't park because there were bollards blocking each parking space. In what world do you have to deal with so much drama just to check-in.

Forgettable
Cons:

We were in room 110 AGAIN. we were allocated this room a couple of times back and I put in a complaint then about the continue of a ramp outside the carport next door. You agreed NEVER AGAIN to put us in that room. And yet it happened again. Furthermore the reception did not want anything to do with it and were very dismissive.
You were good value once but we will not be returning
