Pros:

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichem Personal

Mein 14-jähriger Sohn und ich waren im Hochsommer vom 3.8. bis 9.8. im Luuks und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Chaniotis. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der gemütliche Poolbereich, der ideal zum Entspannen ist.

Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche an ein Frühstücksbuffet stellt. Hier wäre aus unserer Sicht noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial vorhanden. Dies ist allerdings auch der einzige Punkt, den wir zu bemängeln haben.

Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

One of the best accommodations I've stayed at!
Pros:

Incredibly clean, staff always ready to help, amazing breakfast! The facilities are new, and the staff does everything to keep them that way! A big bravo to management!

Excellent stay with great service, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel is modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the beach and the town center.

Excellent accommodation lives up to the luxury name
Pros:

It was really clean and had a luxury feel. The staff were really helpful friendly. The pool was amazing and we loved the jets and raised area with chairs. The location was great - close enough for quick access to the centre but far enough away for it to be peaceful. The whole hotel was very clean and rooms were cleaned everyday. The shower was amazing and the extra touch of robe and slippers was really appreciated.

Cons:

The seating around the pool was quite limited. It was ok when we first arrived but started to get busier by the end of our stay.

Perfecte verblijf voor 3 nachten.
Pros:

Het was zo schoon, zo mooi, zoveel uitstraling en kwaliteit van alles.

We waren erg onder de indruk!

Kwamen snachts aan en zijn vriendelijk geholpen, iedereen was erg gastvrij.

temizlik açısından son derece başarılı. odalar son derece konforlu. kahvaltı çok güzel. personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü. özel otoparkı var. merkeze çok yakın ama sessiz bir yer. bu civarda kalacaksanız hiç düşünmeyin başka yerleri.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless, and you could tell how much care goes into keeping the entire property clean. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of delicious options, and every detail exceeded our expectations.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to the reception girls, who were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Also, the bartender at the pool bar was fantastic—always smiling, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
