Great staff and very attentive (water fountain stopped working and they got it fixed right away)! Great location as well, very walkable to everything you could want to do!
The rooms were SO HOT. The shower in front of the bed made it so humid it was terrible, and there was no dehumidifier in the rooms either when it was definitely needed. ALSO, the showers went from ice cold to boiling hot.

Hotel ligt aan een drukke straat. In de avond muziek van tegenover gelegen hotel .
Absolument tout ! Au petits soins : thé, café, ventilateurs et bien sûr, et avant tout l’accueil de Andrea, gentil et prévenant.
Ik had een kamer aan de rustige zijde van het hotel! En Airco was fantastisch!
De vele trappen die je moest lopen. Maar dat was ook echt het enige😊

The address on Google maps wasn't correct. So had to call the host on arrival. Also the WiFi didn't work for my entire stay (3 nights!)

I had an incredible stay at Souvenir Maya! The place was beautiful, super clean, and located within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring so easy. The neighborhood also felt very safe, especially as a solo female traveler.
I booked a room with a shared bathroom and was a little concerned at first, but everything was spotless at all times. There are multiple bathrooms available, so it was always convenient and never crowded. The whole place has such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Andrea was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. I was lucky enough to manage an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after arriving in the city. He also kindly allowed me to leave my luggage for a long time after check-out. You can genuinely tell how much he cares about his guests. He shared the fascinating history of the accommodation with me and was kind enough to show me the rooftop view of the building, which was absolutely stunning.
I honestly wouldn’t think twice about booking this place again for my next trip to Florence. Highly recommended!
Muy buena experiencia en Florencia. Inicialmente reservé por cuatro días, sumé una noche antes de llegar y, ya en el lugar, decidí agregar otra más.
El personal fue muy amable y resolutivo ante mis cambios repentinos: hicieron lo imposible para conseguirme una habitación con baño privado, un gran gesto de cortesía. Además, el lugar cuenta con una estación de agua fresca y/o para tomar algo caliente. Muy recomendable por su excelente predisposición, la limpieza es buena y esta cerca de todo.

The location is excellent and have my own shower in he room.
The toilet is located in the hallway and is shared with other residents. During my stay, I found it ok as there were quite a few female residents. The landlord mentioned that some rooms have private toilets, but those are more expensive.
The place is really great, right in the heart of Florence. Also, the communication was really helpful.
