Funcionários muito gentis, estadia boa, mas com alguns pontos a melhorar (principalmente em relação à horários).
Pros:

Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e solícitos, todos muito educados.
A cama era confortável, o quarto era bem espaçoso e com diversas gavetas/armário para guardar os pertences, a iluminação do quarto era boa e diversa, tinha cadeiras e poltronas para se acomodar.
A água do banheiro era facilmente regulável e com boas opções de temperaturas.
O hotel oferece aquecedor portátil que esquenta de forma agradável.
As janelas para a rua permitem manter o local arejado.
Precisamos trocar o lixo do quarto e o hotel foi super solícito em fazer a troca fora do horário de limpeza.

Cons:

Apesar do café da manhã ser gostoso, as opções eram bem limitadas (pouca variedade de comida). Além disso, o horário de café da manhã é pouco e encerra muito cedo (07h00-09h00). Caso quisesse descansar um pouco a mais, não poderia. Precisava acordar cedo todos os dias.
As cortinas basicamente não têm black-out, então a luz do sol incomoda logo cedo no quarto.
O horário de check-out é muito cedo (10h00).
O hotel fica um pouco afastado do centro da cidade e da praça principal (cerca de 2km de distância). Caso não queira/não possa andar, precisa usar Uber.
A cama só possui um único cobertor para as 2 pessoas. Caso não dê conta do frio, eles disponibilizam um tapete para usar também, que é pesado e desconfortável…
O hotel não disponibiliza de frigobar no quarto, então não tem como gelar águas e bebidas.
O hotel também não disponibiliza água nos quartos para os hóspedes, diferente dos outros hotéis que estive aqui no Peru…
A limpeza dos quartos encerra muito cedo (12h00), então caso queira ficar no hotel pela manhã e sair apenas a tarde/noite, quando voltar o quarto não estará limpo como esperado.

Завтрак отличный, вид из окна нормальный на внутреннюю улицу, а с верхней террасы отличный вид на весь Куско. Чай от горной болезни и в номере и на ресепшене. Тихий район, просторные комфортные апартаменты.

Cons:

20 мин пешком до центра, что при холодных вечерах немало, но это легко компенсируется дешевым сервисом Убера (3 долл до центра города). Нет стиральной машины, но в радиусе 5 минут пешком есть несколько прачечных.

Good location, friendly and attentive staff, nice patio with a great view of the city.
Pros:

The hotel is a 10-20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas and the San Blas neighborhood -- so the view was amazing, but it was peaceful at night. The location felt safe, and having someone at the front desk at all hours was appreciated. Staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Comfy beds, good showers (hot, with good water pressure), nice breakfast, great patio/deck to overlook Cusco. Would stay here again.

Colazione molto varia.ed abbondante, uova, pancetta, verdure cotte e patate, prosciutto e formaggio, verdure crude, dolci fatti in casa e piccole brioches succhi di frutta e yogurt . Ottima pulizia.
Personale sempre.cordiale e gentile. A 15' a piedi da plaza de Armas.

Cons:

Senza riscaldamento ma nella.zona giorno.hanno una stufa.ad i frarossi che l'accendono loro quando.lo.chiedi. e per qualche ora, 2/3. Le.camere erano provviste di stufetta.

Charming apart-hotel that feels like home
Pros:

It’s an apart-hotel with the quality of a hotel at an amazing price for what they offer. Including: all the necessary amenities, hot shower, an amazing breakfast, comfortable beds, a beautiful balcony with a view over the city. Plus they make you feel at home with little things like placing hot watter bottles inside our beds before we arrived! ❤️ I would absolutely recommend this place.

Cons:

The only small inconvenience is the location is 15-20 min walk from the centre of town, but for us it was perfect.

Fijn verblijf met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Super fijne accommodatie met vriendelijk personeel. Ruime woonkamer en keuken.
Lekker ontbijt met verse producten.
Mooi uitzicht vanaf het dakterras.
Het licht buiten het centrum (+/- 15 min lopen naar de plaza. Hierdoor is het rustig maar moet je dus wel een stukje lopen of een taxi nemen. Kost ongeveer 2 euro.

Cons:

Wij hadden een appartement op de benedenverdieping met de garage onder ons en de entree naast ons. Dit zorgde wel af en toe voor geluidsoverlast.
De tweepersoonsbedden zijn smal.
