Pros:

Nice place to stay. Clean and affordable price. Got lot places to eat and convenient store nearby. Got refrigerator too.

Cons:

The hot shower doesn't work. The pressure of the bidet was too strong.

For Btu travellers, READ THIS!
Pros:

Easiest check in ive done in my entire life. All online. No room keycard, only use pin for door so no cases like lost card. Room spacious & clean. They changed my toiletries even after i put the "change" sign in the afternoon. Value for money. Lots of restaurant nearby, got mini market across the street. Will stay here again next time in Btu.

Maybe change the instant coffee to ones with Halal sih

overall stayed was good my 1st time visit and my family like the room.
Pros:

My Family like the room , room are big enough for us..

Cons:

at least hotel can prepare some basic cleaning tools (Broom or any) due to cleaning madde till 4pm only.
