Pros:

We needed to stay at a hotel for one night as we were flying from Tel Aviv very early the next day. The Hotel was spotlessly clean. The bed was was very comfortable. The facilities within the room were very good. It was great value for the money.

שלום,

ברצוני לדווח על חוויה מאוד לא נעימה במהלך הזמנתי במלון.
אנשי הקשר של המלון התגלו כלא מקצועיים, לא אמינים, והתקשורת איתם הייתה בעייתית מהרגע הראשון.

בנוסף, החניה של המלון רחוקה מאוד מהמקום עצמו, והגישה למלון כמעט בלתי אפשרית דרך ה-Waze. מדובר בכביש חד־סטרי חשוך, שהצריך ממני להסתובב מספר פעמים סביב האזור עד שמצאתי את הדרך — חוויה לא בטוחה ולא הולמת בית מלון.

כאשר הבהרתי שאני מעוניינת לבטל את השהייה עקב התנאים וההתנהלות, נאמר לי שאחרי התייעצות עם מנהל המלון — הביטול מאושר.
למרות זאת, בפועל, המלון סירב להחזיר את הכסף ואף עדכן אותי שזה “עניין שצריך להסדיר מול בוקינג ולא מול המלון”.

התנהלות זו אינה מקובלת:
הובטח לי אישור ביטול מצד המלון, אך הכסף לא הוחזר — דבר שמרגיש כהטעיה ברורה.

אבקש את התערבותכם הדחופה להסדרת ההחזר הכספי בהתאם למה שסוכם מול המלון.

What an adorable place to stay! Super comfortable!
Pros:

The location of the property is in Florentine, which is an amazing little neighborhood in Tel Aviv. Daniel was super helpful and very responsive for every detail we needed. The shower was one of the best!
