I never saw a place say their exchange rate is different from the official one. They charged us a bigger rate from the dollar. Also there was no WiFi in the rooms, only in the reception floor and the water from the shower was sometimes not heating up properly. The check out is at 9am.

Boa localilização (na verdade tudo em águas calientes é proximo - muito pequeno), local limpo, camas confortáveis, aguá quente, café da manhã ok (cha, suco, ovos e pão - sufuciente). Nota 10 para atendimento e educação.

Tinha uma senhora que tentou me ajudar nas minhas necessidades. Localização boa.

Cons:

Cheiro fortíssimo de mofo, 4 tomadas no quarto e nenhuma carregava (pois o carregador ficava frouxo e caia, qd eu segurava saia faísca) (tv de enfeite, pois a tomada nao funciona). Cafe da manhã extremamente fraco. A única janela do quarto dava para o corredor, então não dava pra abri-la. Nao tem tapete no banheiro nem toalha de rosto.

Una estadia genial
Pros:

Excelente ubicación si vas a visitar Machu Picchu. Este precioso hotel se encuentra a 5 minutos de la estación de trenes y a menos de 10 minutos del bus a ciudadela,para nosotros ideal para las actividades que ibamos a realizar.
El desayuno muy rico y fresco. La ducha era genial!
La atención fue sin dudas algo destacable, siempre amables, atentas y contestando todas nuestras preguntas. Sin dudas volveriamos a elegirlos!
