Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück, verschiedene Müesli. Das Ticket für den öV. Zugang zum Wellness. Die nahe Lage zur Post und der Haltestelle.

Cons:

Das war mein Fehler: Ich hatte übersehen, dass man WC und Dusche mit anderen teilen muss. Das Zimmer war im 2.Stock oben (ohne Lift), hatte schräge Holzbalken, wo man sich den Kopf anschlagen kann, zudem leicht verschiedene Levels.- Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man für so einen recht happigen Preis so etwas Einfaches bekommt- aber ich hätte es eigentlich wissen müssen in einem Touristen Hotspot wie Pontresina.

El desayuno fabuloso! Habitación cómoda y con balcón, el SPA del Hotel es espectacular! Disfruté mucho mi estancia, cerca a parada del bus a St Moritz.

Cons:

Sí se te olvida el peine y pides uno te dan un peine pequeño y te lo cobran a 3 francos suizos. Ese detalle no me gustó.

Worth Every Swiss Franc!
Pros:

A typical Swiss hotel — very well maintained, with a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. The spa area, pool, jacuzzi and saunas brought us a lot of joy after a day spent in the mountains. The staff were extremely friendly, just like everywhere in Switzerland. The hotel also provided us with free public transport and unlimited access to all mountain lifts, gondolas and cable cars in the Engadin region, which made our stay even more enjoyable and helped reduce the overall cost. We liked it so much that we decided to change our plans and stay one more night instead of moving on to the next place. The stay wasn’t cheap, but it was worth every Swiss franc — it was truly wonderful.

Das Hotel ist in traditionellem, historischen Haus untergebracht, Ausstattung sehr schön, Zimmer sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, Frühstückbuffet sehr fein, Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat viel Charme und ist sehr empfehlenswert.
