Cons:

The bathroom's extractor was not efficient in removing the steam while showering.
It would be nice to be able to control the AC power and temperature from the room panel because at times it was too cold and loud.

Surpresa incrível!
Pros:

De tudo: instalações, dimensões do quarto e conforto, pequeno almoço, simpatia dos funcionários, localização - bem próximo da estação. E ainda teve o plus de ter um rooftop com discoteca que animou uma das nossas noites, já que estávamos mesmo em clima de festejo de aniversário! Tem também muitos restaurantes dentro do próprio hotel, o que é conveninte.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. No nosso caso, acabou por não ser um inconveniente porque até foi uma surpresa agradável a discoteca no último piso, mas os nossos quartos ficavam no 5º e ainda se ouvia um bocadinho a música da discoteca até por volta das 3h.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war für meinen Geschmack sehr steril und unpersönlich eingerichtet. Der Wohlfühl-Effekt hat mir total gefehlt. Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel habe ich mehr erwartet. Es wäre auch schön gewesen, wenn die Taschen/Koffer schon auf dem Zimmer gewesen wären als wir zurück kamen. Der Frühstücksraum war hat mich nicht angesprochen. Da hätte ich ein schöneres Ambiente erwartet. An der Eingangstüre stand: Dresscode smart-casual aber da haben sich die wenigsten dran gehalten, was ich schade fand. Zusammengefasst habe ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht passend empfunden.

Upersonlig og dyrt hotell, men med gode rom
Pros:

Stort rom med fin utsikt var det beste ved hotellet.

Cons:

Upersonlig og "kaldt" hotell, og veldig dyrt! Resepsjonisten var ikke på tilbudsssiden da jeg spurte om en god "last minute-deal" (vi ankom sent på kvelden). Det var mange ledige rom, merkelig at de ikke vil fremstå serviceminded. Jeg spurte også om rommene var ulike, fikk til svar at alle trippel-rom var standard. Han kunne gjerne fortalt at vårt rom var stort og stille (ikke ut mot trafikkert gate på andre siden), med fin utsikt mot fjell, og liten (brann)veranda. Dårlig innsalg, kun dette svaret med "alle våre triple er standard". Slik sett var rommet over forventning, men det er veldig dyrt. Sveits er generelt veldig dyrt. Da dro videre til Tyskland, fikk vi mye finere rom til HALVE prisen.
