Otel odaları, banyoları çok temiz ve konforluydu manzarası güzeldi. Konumu çok merkeziydi luzern tren istasyonundan yürüme mesafesi 5-7 dk idi. Kafelere ve restoranların olduğu caddede yer alıyor

Cons:

Barlar sokağında olduğu için tüm gece ses geldi kesintisiz uyuyamadık. Ses sorunu inanılmaz eksi bir özellik, otel bu sesin duyulmaması için çift cam ya da yalıtımlı cam yaptırarak bu sorunu çözebilir.

Prachtige stad, ondanks slecht weer toch van genoten.
Pros:

Prima locatie ten opzichte van het centrum en het station. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Ongezellige entree, personeel aan de balie was niet erg vriendelijk of behulpzaam. Ontbijt locatie was erg ongezellig, beetje kantine achting.
De warme plaatjes op de site zie je alleen terug in de restaurants.

We thought tge hotel was overpriced for what you get.We would not recommend tgis hotel

Breakfast was average,food was good tasting.Locatio was close to the train station

Cons:

No iron in the room and no charging ports in the room.Restaurabts close earlier than stated on the webisite ,or at least the the kitchen does.View was bad from our room.

Disappointing and poor value for money hotel in a good location .

Cons:

Very poor breakfast , no minibar or fridge in room , paper cups for tea and coffee in room , mixed view of staff however Alex and Adam at reception were helpful .

Best Value for Money!!!
Pros:

Breakfast option was perfect - so many non meat options for Muslim travellers and overall, was very easy to find food to eat.
Room - perfect size, though would be great if there was a mini fridge provided for guests so that we can keep things such as pastries ect
Staff - absolutely top notch, was very clear in relaying information and when we had a bit of an issue with the bed, they sent someone up quickly which is much appreciated after a long flight!

overall: would definitely stay again given the prime location!

Cons:

nothing that was major - would be great if a mini fridge was provided!!

I’d highly recommend Astoria!

Two night stay in Lucerne
Pros:

I have to say I was disappointed in my first impressions of my room 2710. While I was pleased that it was in a quiet location, I was shocked that the bed was barely 3 feet from the door, there was no desk or chair, or 'fridge. There was a bench between the bed & TV but placing a suitcase there significantly narrowed the 2 foot space.

The bathroom size was adequate, though on the other side of a wall from the bed. The shower did not have a door & the plexiglass partition only gave less than a 2 foot entry - so any large-sized hotel guest would have to squeeze into the shower, sideways. Bath towels were on the thin side; only liquid soap/shampoo available but water flow & temp was good.

Accessories available: coffee-maker with pods, hair-dryer, 2 bottles of water. The A/C controls were strange - it stated the room-temp but not the temp I wanted to set, using Up/Down arrows. Someone from the front desk came to check it & he couldn't do any better; fortunately the temp was fine throughout my stay.

Location: it was about a 15 minute walk to the main thoroughfare & train station, a significant distance in the rain. Several eateries & restaurants in the area; there were several restaurants within the hotel also. The rooftop bar had outdoor seating & a view of rooftops, etc.

Great hotel, comfy beds, would recommend
Pros:

Got upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony. Lots of space & lovely comfortable beds. Breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

One elevator for the whole hotel makes for a slow journey back from breakfast!!
