Nos engañaron nos cambiaron de habitación por que ya la tenían reservada y nos dijeron que nos darían una superior y fue mentira
Me gustó la habitación, la cama es cómoda y el hotel tranquilo
No me gustó el servicio ni la atención. Intenté hablar varias veces con recepcionista, no cogen el teléfono, no contestan a los mensajes, si haces alguna petición ni si quiera te contestan. Olvidé unas camisas en la habitacion y ni si quiera se molestaron en confirmarme si estaban. Ademas tuvimos varios problemas en este sentido durante el alojamiento.

Hôtel sur-coté. Ce n’est pas un cinq étoile.
Savonnière et support de douche qui tombent: à réparer.
Pas de savon dans les récipients.
Climatisation un peu aléatoire.

I urge the owner of this place to review their hotel staff, especially the reception team—their attitude is very rude. It seems like they don’t even like their job
A localização, a piscina no rooftop, toda a atenção dos funcionários, o quarto era muito bom e a cama muito confortável. A parte do spa é um pouco pequena mas muito agradável
The staff was very good and we’d like to commend Rita for her first day on the job at the front desk! The hotel was comfortable, clean. The welcome drink was much appreciated. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance. We chose this location due to its proximity to the airport.
We went up to the roof, top pool and bar about 9 PM but the bar was closed although we thought it was open till 11 .
The room was warm and we didn’t need it to be cool until it was too late to report. We did sleep, however!

Cheiro desagradável na casa de banho , espera no elevador para ir tomar o pequeno almoço 10-15 minutos de espera e demora para servirem o galão no pequeno almoço quando trouxeram já tinha comido tudo..
