Pros:

Loved the rooftop pool deck. There is a full bar up there however on a Sunday morning, there were no staff or any ability to get a coffee etc. View was amazing

Cons:

No service at the rooftop pool; ( full service bar is on site ) coffee and pastries available to Sunday morning would have been lovely. Coffee in room was instant and not great.

Not 5 star without wifi
Pros:

Room comfortable.
Reception staff efficient.

Cons:

The hotel did not have any wifi at the time of our stay. Very poor for a 5 star hotel.
Late in the night I was able to use wifi but only on one device. Husband not able to use.

da localização, é impecável e conforto do hotel, as comodidades são boas,

Cons:

da pouca prestação dos funcionários em relação a solicitação do cliente, pedi uma cama casal deram 2 separadas e no dia seguinte não houve esforço para justificar ou solucionar

Fantastic hotel with rooftop pool near airport and river
Pros:

Excellent Service from start to finish. Got early arrival, daily 2 bottles of water to my room (complimentary), wonderful room with river view (1301), the roof top pool, sunrise over river, the bed was so comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast: too view healthy options. I would have loved more choices for vegans i.e. nut butter, the egg dishes I tried were a bit bland and without much taste,
