Le hall d’entrée et douche spacieuse, l’esthétique de la salle de bain. La taille du lit est top.

- porte de douche pas hermétique

Une expérience très décevante, absolument indigne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.
Pros:

Malheureusement, je n’ai pas trouvé d’élément réellement satisfaisant pendant mon séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant et l’emplacement ne suffit pas à compenser la mauvaise qualité générale de l’établissement.

Je suis très insatisfait de cet hôtel, qui est présenté comme un établissement 5 étoiles alors que, selon mon expérience, il ne mérite même pas une étoile. J’ai déjà séjourné dans des hôtels 3, 4 et 5 étoiles, et celui-ci est très loin du niveau de service, de confort et de qualité attendu

Fiquei hospedado 5 noites , só foram lá fazer limpeza e trocar as toalhas uma vez. Sem falar do frigobar que bebi e me cobraram valores absurdos que não corresponde as coisas que consumi

Fantastic stay
Pros:

Absolutely enjoyed the stay. The hotel is well located. The staff is so friendly big shout out to Andre working in a pool bar he’s honestly the best.
