Pros:

I like that the hotel is a great value for the cost, down stair at 1st floor also accompanied with drug store that has everything anyone might forget to bring for sale.I like the big window that allow natural lights to enter in the bedroom. I like how they given a set of towels everyday.

Cons:

The bedroom is a little dusty but understandable but the bathroom needs to be fix. The faucet is loose and could come out from the washbasin. There are no where I can hang my towel or cloth in the bathroom. The worst part is moldy shower room especially on the rack where the shampoo was placed. The bed was not comfortable for a long stay, it's a spring bed and doesn't support the body posture. The pillow was too thin but I asked for a new pillow which was a little better.

シャンプーなど良い品だった。チェックアウト時間を変更（延長）出来て良かった。

Cons:

朝食にデザートが無かった。窓側の席のイスが低い。トースター台数が不足している。調味料の置き場所がわかりずらい。浴槽の清掃が不足している。

La ubicación.
La cama era cómoda y la almohada también, importante para lo que nos hemos encontrado en el país

El desayuno, no lo valoro por solo tener comida china, que ya viene anunciado así, sino por la cantidad/variedad. Era escaso

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal : prés de la gare dUeno et d'un grand marché avec de multiples restos. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain également et très fonctionnelle. J'ai apprécié la salle pour le petit déjeuner et ce qui est proposé. Ça permet de goûter des spécialités japonaises et c'est très bon et varié. Les lits sont confortables et en prime des chaussons, thé, brosses à dent...

Cons:

L'hôtel mériterait un nettoyage à fond et des rénovations même si l'essentiel est propre : draps, serviettes, vaisselle...

Pros:

朝食が食べられること。
鶯谷駅から、キャリーケース等荷物を持って、徒歩で行ける。（駅から直ぐの歩道橋の階段か大変）
ホテル方向が、大通りから裏になり、行きが分かりづらい。
