The location was fantastic. The hotel was very cheap

Cons:

The bar was not a welcoming place to sit. It was very dirty and cluttered. The whole hotel has random things just left lying about.

All good, I would book & stay at Charnley Gold again!
Pros:

Great central location, only a couple of minutes walk to the Prom!
Really good breakfast, lots of choice.
Comfy bed, I would stay here again.

Will be back, and wish the hosts the best of luck
Pros:

Hosts very welcoming, we had room 14 and it had 2 singles and a double, I slept in single as it was so comfortable, massive tv, plenty tea/ coffee facilities and if I needed anything the hosts were amazing, I’d recommend the breakfast also, set us up for the day

Just dated but for the money I payed I was delighted

Walking in smelt of stale cigarettes, broken furniture, dated room and dated bedding. Extremely small bathroom had to have door open to use wash basin.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast in the morning, great location and the owners were brilliant. Small is with the lock in the room but the owners relaxed the lick and met us on the central pier to give us the key
