Angliába menet .
Pros:

Nagyon kedves volt a recepción a hölgy. A reggelit becsomagolva kaptuk mert korán indultunk. Minden nagyon szép volt. Pont olyan mint a képen.

Máskor is megszállnék itt!

Elhelyezkedés, tisztaság, udvarias személyzet.

Cons:

A reggeli lehetne változatosabb. Lehetne több gyümölcs és aprósütemény!
A klima egyénileg nem, csak központolag volt szabályozható, az utolsó napunkon a kinti nagy hőség ellenére is hideg volt a szobában!

Nem ajánlom.
Pros:

Ausztriai hajtánytúrát lehetett foglalni 10% kedvezménnyel és a honlapon volt, hogy retúr transzfer szolgáltatást is igénybe lehet venni a hoteltől, ezért választottuk ezt a hotelt.
A reggeli jó volt.

Cons:

Több probléma is volt. A 3 nap 2 éjszakából csak 1 éjszakát töltöttünk itt, de azt is kínkevervesen. Papírvékonyak a falak és az ablakok is. Az összes fürdést, wc lehúzást és a kinti forgalmat is úgy lehetett hallani, mintha a fülünk mellett történtek volna. Este őrült módjára rohangáló és üvöltöző vendégek, akik nem hagyták a többi embert pihenni és amikor szóltunk a recepciósnak, nem foglalkozott a problémával. 300 km-ről érkeztünk a kánikulában, nyilván mindenki fáradt lett volna este a helyünkben, de még ráfizetéssel sem kaptunk másik szobát. Másnap kijelentkeztünk és átmentünk egy másik hotelbe, de egy "sajnálom"-ot sem kaptunk. Az írásban lefoglalt hajtányozásról a recepciósnak fogalma sem volt, a transzfert sem foglalták le nekünk, utólag küldtek valakit, aki sokkal drágábban dolgozott (a hotel honlapján szerepelt összegnél).
Nagyon kellemetlen volt az egész.
Persze kifizettették velünk a 3 nap 2 éjszakát is!
Fogyasztóvédelemnél kérvényeztem a történtek jogszerű
kivizsgálását.
