Highly recommended

Kind staff, lovely room ,spotless

Location in lovely quiet area that is a really short walk to the centre with plenty of lovely food stops locally

We had a misunderstanding with. Poking parking when we arrived which was resolved quickly and I always feel it’s a sign of a well run hotel when matters are dealt with well.

When we are in Biarritz again we will definately try to book here again.

Très bien par la situation et la bâtisse principale, moins par la chambre qui était dans l'annexe
Cons:

je ne m'attendais pas à ne pas être dans le bâtiment principal, qui est mis en avant dans toutes les photos, mais dans l'annexe en face.
De plus, certes un balcon, selon la définition française, mais ridicule avec 30 cm de profondeur.
Bref, je trouve la description sur site assez différente du rendu réel

Pros:

Truly gorgeous little hotel. We booked a double room and a one bed apartment for our family of five. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds with crisp linen. We will definitely stay again when in Biarritz.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

La chambre n’était même pas prête, pas de serviette, la crème pour le corps vide, papier toilette très entamé, que 2 sachets de thé,
Je voulais réservé un parking, on ne m’a même pas confirmé du coup quand est arrivé pas de parking,
L’hôtel et la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à la photo sur booking, on nous a mis l’annexe en face,
La porte de la chambre était coincée j’ai du appeler le veilleur de nuit pour l’ouvrir, et le matin j’ai appelé pour les serviettes, on me l’a emmenée par 2 dames qui m’a demandé mon nom car elles ne trouvaient nulle part la réservation, comme si j’étais une intruse .

Generally a good, quiet and pleasant hotel in a good location
Pros:

Good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Attractive and comfortable outside seating area.

Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

No curtains in bedroom and shutters didn’t work so light from the street lights disturbed our sleep.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y la habitación que escogimos es espaciosa (creo que hay varios tipos). Tienen persianas, cosa que se agradece mucho.
La ubicación es perfecta, porque está muy cerca de todo.

Cons:

Creo que las habitaciones no las limpian bien en el día a día. Es cierto que cuando llegamos estaba todo muy bien. Sin embargo, a diario se limitan a hacer cama, cambiar toallas y a vaciar papeleras. Estuvimos cinco días (cuatro noches) y se hubiera agradecido un poco más algún día.

Pros:

A good location with an easy 10-minute walk to the centre. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and can be taken outside. A good choice with friendly staff.

Frühstück sehr gut (um 19€). Lage sehr gut.

Cons:

Sehr kleines Zimmer. Bad mit Schimmelansätzen und Uringestank vom WC, der bis ins Zimmer kam. Kaum Zimmerservice.
