Would not stay again, despite clean facilities
Pros:

Clean, great bed and lovely sheets. Great shower.

Cons:

On arrival, despite using booking.com for a confirmed room with shared bathroom I was told on arrival I had been upgraded. Then I was told instead of $99 (as stated on booking.com) I would have to pay $110. No arguments. While it was nice to be upgraded with a bathroom I did not ask for this so do not think I should have to pay for the extra. I will not return because of this plus I had intended to eat at the restaurant on site but decided to make do with what I had in my room. Loss of $$ for them I’m afraid. Also the road noise of passing trucks throughout the night on State Highway 1 did keep me awake.

More of a basic workers stop not a travellers stop, but ok for one night, at $99 dollars for one person I would say ove
Pros:

After discovering there was no hot water and getting it fixed
The shower was nice
The bed was warm and comfortable
There was a kettle fridge microwave and coffee provided

Cons:

No internet so no tv therefore couldn’t relax in the room after a long day driving
Just as well it wasn’t really cold as the panel wall heater send out very minimal heat
There was no hot water when I arrived luckily I discovered this early so it was fixed
Very tired looking

Fantastic great value stopover driving from South Canterbury to Picton
Pros:

Great team Perfect stopover on way to Picton Great country food in restaurant at a very good price cheap drinks
Would stay again

Great,roomy unit.Clean,comfortable & quiet.Very good price.Would stay again.Separate bedroom a bonus
Pros:

The unit was very large, clean and comfortable. The seating area outside our room was a nice, peaceful spot to relax. Bathroom was a good size and clean. Covered carport right outside our door was very useful. The location was great and very quiet despite being near SH1. Good value for money.

Cons:

There's really nothing to complain about.
