De manager Ady was fantastisch! Altijd vrolijk, maakte altijd een praatje met je en als je wat nodig had, regelt hij het voor je. De kamer was netjes en hygiënisch. Ontbijt was ook erg lekker!
De moskee is goed hoorbaar.

Limpeza, estava muito sujo, velho e cheio de aranhas e outros bichos ! Quem tratava de tudo no hotel era dois miúdos que nem sabiam falar com educação com os clientes … Quarto muito sujo , casa de banho e sanita suja , lençóis sujos e manchados , água quase não corria no duche nem nas torneiras, não havia água quente , funcionário mais velho que se intitulou como responsável ( pelos miúdos muito mal educado) , mensagens enviadas a pedir ajuda para chegar ao alojamento nunca respondidas , uma hora a espera do pequeno almoço e nunca foi servido , uma hora a ouvir som da reza numa mesquita . Sono interrompido as 5 da manhã pela reza na Mesquita . Hotel numa rua assustadora e com casas a serem construídas , lixo por todo o lado, esgotos a céu aberto , destroços e de outras casas ao lado , rua sem luz alguma a noite ! tivemos de usar a luz do telefone ! Um gato entrou na Wc porque o duche não tinha teto , a sanita e o duche eram ao ar livre !! Tudo um horror eu tenho fotos e vídeos de tudo . Pedi o cancelamento urgente ao Booking por insalubridade e falta de segurança do hotel ! O Booking não respondeu e já passou quase uma semana ! Este alojamento nem devia estar no Booking para alugar! Infelizmente o hotel não aceitou o cancelamento!! Aguardo que o Booking me responda e me processe a devolução total do que paguei !!! Sai de lá muito zangada com os funcionários ainda a gozarem comigo é a rir a dizerem que não sabia trabalhar com a água quente e que estava tudo limpo !!!
Goede ligging, vanuit het hotel ook fietsen kunnen huren wat handig was. Super aardig personeel, Ady was erg betrokken tijdens ons verblijf.

Ady et l'équipe de l'hôtel sont super gentils accueillants et disponibles pour vous mettre dans les meilleures conditions. Ady nous a aidé à trouver des services dans l'île et nous faire profiter au mieux de celle-ci.
La piscine est très bien même pour les enfants.
L'hôtel est bien situé, proche des restaurants et des commerces.

The rooms were nice and the location was good. We loved the pink beanbags in the pool!
Whilst the bedroom did feel clean the bathroom didn’t really. The shower head was broken so spat water out all over the bathroom. It was fine but could do with a bit of a spruce up.
The pool lounger cushions were also quite dirty :/
The pool was amazing, room was clean. The little touches with tray set up in bed with face washers water bottle and body lotion was nice. Best towels so far in Bali. Breakfast was nice and best experience was Adi.. he is so friendly and make you feel like a long lost brother. Will stay here again and recomended this place.

Geen eigen koffie/thee faciliteiten en het zitje voor de deur was vrij statisch en niet makkelijk met 2 personen.

Trevlig personal som hjälpte till vid utcheckning för att smidigt ta sig till hamnen med sin väska.
Kändes inte så rent o fräscht varken på rummet eller vid poolen/gemensamma utrymmen, kan förbättras.
Only 4mins walk away from the harbour. Amazing staff. Room was nice and spacious.

Breakfast was excellent and a real highlight, especially being included. Ady and Pratama were both very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area was nice enough, and despite the quiet back street location, I still felt safe walking back at night.
It’s well overdue for some maintenance and upkeep. The signature pink flamingo pool floats were faded and not very clean (zoom in on pics), which took away from the aesthetic shown online. While the room itself was clean, the open-air ensuite had an unpleasant smell and the shower area showed visible build-up and wear. There were also signs of termites affecting parts of the structure.
Location is a few mins walk down quiet dark alleyways, the staff offered for me to msg them for lifts if I ever felt unsafe etc..
L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité du port et de la rue commerçante pour avoir tous les restaurants, accessibles facilement.
La piscine est belle, et les logements sont bien.
La salle de bain est propre.
Le propriétaire de l’hôtel est vraiment sympathique, et vous pouvez bien discuter avec lui.
La qualité des vélos mis en location est à revoir ! Tous se sont cassés au bout de 500m.

Optisch war alles wunderschön‘ Die Hütten sind freundlich und zwwckmäßig eingerichtet, das Pool und vor allem die Terrasse mit dem gemütlichen Sessel laden zum Verweilen ein.
Leider hatten wir etliche zum Teil riesengroße Kakerlaken, vor allem im Bad, da dieses oben offen ist. Generell ist es nicht besonders sauber, die Handtücher wurden kein einziges Mal gewechselt.
