Crowned Hotel

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience with Crowned Hotel.
On 31 May, before my arrival, I contacted the hotel specifically to ask about parking arrangements. During that conversation, I was clearly informed that parking would be free of charge for hotel guests and that there would be no issue with my vehicle.
However, when I arrived at the hotel on 4 June, I was suddenly informed that parking would cost 1,000 Turkish Lira (approximately €19) per day. When I explained that I had previously contacted the hotel and had been explicitly assured that parking would be free for me as a guest, the staff denied ever providing such information.
As a result of this misleading information, I requested to cancel my reservation on the spot and receive a refund, since the conditions presented to me upon arrival were different from those communicated before booking. The hotel refused my request entirely.
What made the situation even worse was the extremely unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, making inappropriate remarks along the lines of "who are you to tell us what to do" and using other rude expressions.
Afterward, I checked the Booking.com listing and noticed that parking is currently listed as paid. However, when I spoke with the hotel before my arrival, I specifically verified this point and was clearly told that parking would be free. This was also confirmed to me over the phone.
I believe I was misled by the hotel regarding an important condition of my stay, and I would appreciate Booking.com's assistance in reviewing this matter and finding a fair resolution.

WELL ..for starts NO parking as advertised and when I phoned to make sure , They assured there was , so I turned up and I couldn't park my hire car so had to pay every day for parking elsewhere.
The towels had stains on them.
You could not turn the heating off as the rad valve was broken.
Mirrors broken ( sharp glass ) and a massive gap under the door which let in mountains of light so had to fold up a towl to lay down.

Bardzo małe łazienki, wchodząc uderzało się drzwiami o toaletę, prysznic nie miał części szyb przez co łazienka była zawsze zalana po wzięciu prysznica. Bardzo wąskie łóżka.

Breakfast wasn't served at the hotel - you had to leave the building and walk around the corner to another hotel, I think it was called Grand Huriyet hotel, which was a few buildings down. This wasn't mentioned in the listing when I booked.

Zimmer war maximal ein Einzelzimmer. Ich hatte extra ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Habe das auch beanstandet. Leider kam nur die Aussage, dass sie keine anderen Zimmer mehr verfügbar haben. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Wenigstens hätten sie beim Preis entgegen kommen können. Wir hatten Zwei Koffer und waren Zwei Erwachsene Personen. Man konnte sich im Zimmer nicht mal bewegen. Gar nichts. Badezimmer/WC war auch sehr eng. Nie wieder gehe ich in dieses Hotel. In Sirkeci gibt es genug andere Hotel, die wesentlich besser sind und sogar teilweise günstiger sind. Ich erwarte mir eine Entschuldigung und dass sie für diese Frechheit wenigstens eine Gutschrift im Nachgang schicken. Zum Glück waren wir 2 Männer. Mit meiner Familie wäre ich keine Nacht geblieben.
