There is a key box in the building where you can get your keys. We will send you information about the process when you book. You will need photo ID such as a passport and your booking number when you check in.
The apartment is cleaned once a week. Cleaning includes a change of bed linen and towels, garbage disposal and a light cleaning of the kitchen.

Very nice, clean, and cozy place with a cute little courtyard. Great location! Ten points for the staff — the information about the flat and the keys was provided on time and was easy to understand! All our special requests were taken into account, and we felt very welcome!
During our stay there were some problems with shower drain, but I believe it was just temporary. And it even did not bother us much as everything else was super! :)
Много хубав апартамент. Нищо не ни липсваше. Хубава локация. Тих район.Когато сте с автомобил наличния паркинг под самата сграда създава голямо удобство. Това, че е партер, също е супер. Лесно настаняване с код. Приятна тераса за сутрешното кафе. Много сме доволни. Препоръчвам.

Wirklich schönes Appartement in Berlin, komfortabel und gut gelegen.
Leider etwas leicht hellhörig. Wir hatten laute Nachbarn und fühlten uns deshalb in der Nacht nicht wohl.

the temperature control light switches and washer/ drier inside the unit were a bit difficult to figure out for non german speakers.. English instructions would had been great
La ubicación era ideal, a 1 minuto del metro y del tranvía. La decoración, mobiliario y apartamento nuevo.
Pedimos habitaciones separadas, una estaba en el comedor ( que ya se sabía) y la otra separada pero con un hueco enorme en la pared, donde entraba todo el sonido del comedor....queríamos habitaciones separadas por evitar oír el ruido de la hab de al lado. No existía mesa de comedor, tuvimos que cojer la de la terraza...que era enena para comer y cenar...

El desagüe de la ducha estaba tapado, y pedí que enviaran a destaparlo pero no fueron

Zeer mooi, modern appartement. Gezellig ingericht en mooie verlichting met dimmers. Heerlijke bedden.
Ook de ligging is heel centraal. Echt een aanrader!
Ook de communicatie verliep super. Wanneer je een bericht stuurt, krijg je heel snel antwoord.
Bij aankomst stond er een fles water en een fles wijn klaar. Heel attent!
