Відсутність халатів, зубної пасти і щіток, відсутність сухих серветок.
Найкраще, що є в помешканні- це фантастичний краєвид.
Номери потребують реновації. Жалюзі зламані, номери просіяні запахом тютюну. Ресторан працює до 23, але о 22 вже ніхто не погодує.
Непогана локація, близько центр міста. Дуже гарна задумка для готелю
це був другий наш досвід тут, та, нажаль, не найкращий
Ми обрали номер, а як приїхали, то зʼясувалося що це не номер, а якесь жахіття… кран у ванній зламано, душу немає взагалі, є лише кран у стіні і якась шторка, яка вже заходить на унітаз. Комната невелика, меблі не в найкращому стані. Окрім шапки для душу немає жодних засобів. Ми вирішили зробити апгрейд до більш комфортного номеру. Взявши доплату нам сказали, що знижка букінга пропадає, так як ми теперь «купуємо» номер через ресепшн. Але якщо ми забронювали б там одразу інший номер - то за цей перший кошти би не повернулися. І також, порахували нам доплату без сніданків, хоча у бронюванні у нас вони були сплачені вже.
Сніданок не входить у вартість, рахунок виставляють окремо від фопа. Платити 500 грн немає за що

В номере присутствовал запах из канализации. Не хватало розеток около прикроватных тумбочек.
