The best hotel in Lusaka
Pros:

This was our third stay at Neelkanth Sarovar in Lusaka and we loved it very much. The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast and dinner were amazing and the room was very comfortable. From the 7th floor we had an incredible view of the sunset over the town. The Friday and Saturday dinner BBQ buffet with live music is probably the best in town. We noticed that many members of the staff remembered us from our previous stays and we felt so welcomed.

The Deluxe sweet was quite spacious, and set up okay as well the staff was very helpful and understanding.

Cons:

For a hotel of that standard and the price per night, one would expect alot more The TVs weren't quite modern, I had ordered room service breakfast for two one came and it wasn't what I had ordered and what I had ordered came it wasn't so pleasant we ended up leaving to go have breakfast some place else.... other than that the staff I must say are impeccable especially the restaurant staff at the smoke house

Home away from home
Pros:

Loved that the property was a home away from home. The suite concept worked so well for my family. Great location as well, walked over to Manda Hill just opposite multiple times during our visit, and East Park is less than a 10 min drive away

Over all I enjoyed my stay and would come back. Location for me was great.
Pros:

Breakfast Menu was not to my liking and my grand daughter who is 4.

Cons:

The food was cold, eggs should done whist waiting as some people prefer soft eggs which was not an option.

Good hotel and service overall.
Pros:

Service from staff was good but everything is overpriced. Laundry cost us $348 which is outrageous considering the in room washer and dryer wasn’t working. The food is overpriced too on the 2nd floor and just ok in quality.

Cons:

Overpriced for extra services.
