Pleasant stay and hotel near a very good restaurant named Gatto Nero.
Pros:

Within 20 minute walking distance from hotel to centre of Perugia. Great selection for breakfast. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Free parking. Nice staff.

Cons:

The safe in our room was broken and was not replaced or repaired during our stay. We therefore had to carry our passports with us while touring the city (which we preferred not to do).

Pros:

Il personale gentilissimo dal primo all'ultimo.
Tutte le informazioni che abbiamo chiesto erano perfette, anche il ristorante che ci ha consigliato la ragazza alla reception.
Ho visto nel sito di booking gente che si lamentava della collaborazione, mi sono meravigliata già che la collazione era molto ricca non mancava niente, tanto dolce come salata era eccellente.
Consiglierò questo hotel a chi ha voglia di andare a Perugia.

Un hotel in cui non torneremo

Il personale è gentile

Cons:

La struttura è vecchia e buia, ci ha dato un'idea di abbandono. Le camere sono funzionali ma tristi, tutto un po' consumato. Rubinetterie e sostegni della doccia usurati. Ci si potrebbe anche adattare se non fosse per il prezzo. Anche la colazione è apparentemente ricca, ma a noi è parsa di scarsa qualità, messa lì proprio perché va fatto. La pulizia soprattutto degli ambienti comuni non era granché: vetri sporchi, qualche ragnatela. Magari in alta stagione la situazione è diversa, ma se così fosse, la cosa sarebbe ancora più triste.
