Séjour agréable avec une note amère sur la fin
Pros:

Chambre propre,bien située et pratique pour l’excursion des requins baleines. Nourriture bonne et pas chère. Point de passage plus que Ok pour y dormir et manger.

Cons:

La communication avec l’accueil était compliquée, on ne se comprenait pas tout le temps. Au moment de partir nous avions commandé un driver avec un certain montant puis au dernier moment la dame nous réclame plus en nous disant que le temps de route allait être plus long (5 heures au lieu de 3 heures) ce qui était faux, car nous avons bien mis 3 heures avec pause. Donc un accord qui n’a pas été honoré et manque d’honnêteté.

Nice place to stay to see whale sharks
Pros:

The place is new with some really nice craftsmanship in the courtyard and property. The room was very clean and comfortable and the whale shark boat picks you up just across the street.

The perfect place for a short stay to go see whale sharks the next day!
Pros:

A really nice and cozy place to stay that’s near to the jetty to go on whale shark trips. It’s clean, well maintained and the food was good! We especially loved the grilled fish amd singgang fish dishes!

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff in Labuan Jambu. Convenient location if you are doing a whale shark tour. The room was clean and comfortable.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room! Friendly staff :) gave us a number for whale shark trip!

Cons:

Nothing around us, only good if you just want to do the whale shark trip. We couldn't actually do the whale sharks as it was too windy for the boats to safely take us! Nobody's fault but a bit disappointed:(

Чисто, комфортно, тихо. Очень приветливый персонал. Организовали трансфер из/в аэропорт по очень приятной цене. Завтрак вкусный, по времени не ограничен.

Cons:

Из минусов: отдаленность от причала, с которого стартуют лодки к акулам; отсутствие байков в аренду, что очень бы не помешало, учитывая удаленость от инфраструктуры.
