Pros:

This hotel caters to those who are swimming with whale sharks. It is a short drive to the dock you leave from. The room was clean, and of a reasonable size. The staff were lovely and friendly 😍 There is a restaurant on site which served a small variety of tasty Indo and western food, and reception had fridges with cold drinks and snacks. I would stay here again

Cons:

There is not much around here within walking distance but as most, if not all, people are staying for whale shark trips this is not a problem

Pros:

Чисто, комфортно, хорошие завтраки, выспались. Отличное место, чтобы поплавать с акулами

Cons:

Рядом особо ничего нет кроме акул, но мы на мотике с местными доехали до пляжа. Такси вызвать не возможно

New, clean, sweet staff, GoPro with tour
Pros:

The room is new and so spacious and comfortable with space to unpack your belongings.
The staff are wonderful and keep everything impeccably clean.
Location is good with a few warungs within walking distance. And you can book a nice whale shark tour when you check in. GoPro footage is included.
Other reviews mention that breakfast is over by the time the tour returns. But the hotel obviously listened to the reviews and changed the breakfast hours when I stayed there. Breakfast ends at 11 now. So you’ll def get your included free breakfast.
Laundry service was good.

Cons:

It was expensive and out of my normal budget.

Pros:

Very close to the port for whale shark tours. Spacious room with great facilities (hairdryer, TV etc). The restaurant in site had lots of good options. Comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

We had an issue where the water stopped working in our room but when we went to reception they fixed this immediately.

Utile per vedere gli squali balena, senza fare una levataccia a Sumbawa Besar

Probabilmente l’unico hotel di buon livello di questa parte di Sumbawa, dove si va per vedere gli squali balena. Lo staff è gentile, anche se pochi capiscono l’inglese. La pulizia è ok. I letti sono comodi. Il ristorante è buono.

Cons:

Dalla doccia praticamente non usciva acqua.

Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables. A 5 minutes en scooter de l'embarcadère pour les requins baleine. Plutôt calme.

Cons:

La restauration était de qualité moyenne. Le personnel est peu attentionné par rapport au standard indonésien. Un peu cher comparé au standard indonésien.

Great overnight stay to see whale sharks
Pros:

Great aircon, a shower with hot water that worked well. Good size room & porch with seating. Supplied water and kettle. Check in and out was easy. Well worth the price.

Cons:

Toilet had been leaking before we arrived, clearly has been leaking for some time due to water marks. Shame this hasn't been fixed. There was no mini fridge ?? Very strange and quite a shame for us. The bed was not comfortable! This place could have been a really good stay with those two things fixed up.

The breakfast is a shame because 95% of people come here to do a whale shark tour starting 4am-10am. Yet, their breakfast goes 8am-10am. I found this very strange and questioned it and was told most people are back by then but in my experience thats not true. We got back at 10.20 am and no breakfast was on offer, with many arriving back afterwards. Seems like a waste to offer a breakfast at a time you know 95% of your customers can't attend. They wouldn't do breakfast later for you either. Seems like they don't actually want to give you breakfast!

La proximité du départ pour aller plonger avec les requins baleines
Le rapport qualité prix très bon
Le personnel sympathique

Cons:

Le transfert pour le départ de l'excursion requins qui se fait sur des petites motos sans casque fourni et chaque participant part à son tour , ce qui fait que c'est très long et peu sécurisant
Il vaut mieux aussi réserver directement chez le seul organisme qui assure la sortie plutôt que de passer par l'hôtel

The room smelt strongly of air fresheners used to cover the mould odour in the bathroom. The food at the restaurant took ages to be served and was not great.
