Pros:

The staff were excellent. They proactively upgraded us to a bigger suite when our air conditioning didn’t work. Very friendly.
Breakfast was much better than expected.

Cons:

Paper cups in the room were a drag when we were paying well over $300 a night.

Cons:

Sofa für die 3 Personen, war nicht vorbereitet. Nachdem es von uns ausgeklappt wurde, 2 kleine Krabbelviecher im Bett. Darauf hin wurde uns Zustellbett bereit gestellt, dass jedoch nie frisch gemacht wurde.
Beim Frühstück gab es Plastikbesteck.

Pros:

Personeel was aardig ook bij het ontbijt waren behulpzaam. Het is een echte doorreis motel veel werknemers van bedrijven die er verblijven en touristen. Kamers zijn ruim en netjes makkelijk te bereiken.

Cons:

De prijs is belachelijk hoog voor een doorreis motel het is géén resort. Voor het motel een grote parkeerplaats die vol staat met vrachtwagens die aan staan. Ze weten dat in deze regio veel doorreis verkeer komt en weten hier helaas de prijzen te vragen.

Comfortable stay but needs upgrading in service and aménités
Pros:

Location is good and rooms are comfortable but outdated. Indoor pool is a big plus especially for family with children

Cons:

Breakfast menu is all the same. Not a lot of choices. Hospitality service especially in dining area is below average. The server or attendant assigned every morning for breakfast is not changing personal outfit, it’s all the same every day. I wonder if you can give uniforme instead to make sure that it will look hygenic. Service and hospitalité industry in Canada is really below average even in economy class accommodation.

Enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights on our Canadian Rocky's road trip.
Pros:

Stayed here for three nights.
Allowed us to travel into Bamf, which was far too expensive to stay there.
This is a lovely hotel.
We really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.
The complimentary breakfast was substantial and enjoyable.
Room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Wished the indoor pool could have been a bit warmer!
