Top! Grösse des Zimmer war gut personal war famtastisch und Lage sehr gut ! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen

Das bad bräuchte eine ablage und die Stühle bzw. Die Polster müssten mal wieder gesäubert werden.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Très décevant – beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est

Séjour extrêmement décevant. Entre les nuisances sonores dès le matin (coups de marteau, bruit permanent des voitures, agitation), impossible de se reposer correctement. Si vous cherchez le calme, passez votre chemin.

Le plus choquant reste le problème de la chambre : grosse fuite sous l’évier. Après l’avoir signalé, au lieu de réparer, on nous a expliqué qu’il fallait simplement éviter d’utiliser l’évier pour qu’il reste sec… et on nous a donné des serviettes à mettre au sol pour absorber l’eau. Honnêtement, ce n’est pas une solution qu’on attend dans un établissement affiché à ce prix-là.

Le rapport qualité/prix est selon nous totalement déséquilibré. Beaucoup de promesses, mais dans la réalité le confort, l’entretien et l’expérience ne suivent pas. Nous sommes repartis avec le sentiment d’avoir payé bien plus que ce que le séjour valait réellement.

Une expérience que nous ne referons pas.

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment, which has everything what you need. The parking is available nearby, though need to find a place yourself. Tasty breakfast is available upon request. We were able to leave our luggage till the evening while we were exploring the city, it was helpful

Cons:

Be aware that there is another Immoka hotel in around 1km distance, which could be a bit misleading. since we first parked there.
