Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Lageam Hauptplatz von Pilsen, Parken im Hof!

Cons:

Putzkräfte im Zimmer waren schlampig, z.B. Mistkübel bei Ankunft voll!

It was a good price for the location and breakfast.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of the church was a nice touch! The room was spacious and captured the 1970s feel! Check-in was quick and professional.

Hotel na úžasném místě...krásný výhled z prostor kavárny..snídaně naprosto parádni a pestré...personál milý a ochotný...

Cons:

Hotel už hodně pamatuje a zasloužil by minimálně novou fasádu..(i retro vybavení pokojů lze udělat v novém kabátku-působilo omšele).ale vzhledem k tomu,že člověk jen přespává,tak to vlastně stačí...

much better than expected :) we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The previous reviews informed that the hotel, especially the rooms, are very dirty. But we found it very clean. So we were very pleased. The only downside was the huge window in the breakfast room. I have never seen such a dirty window in a hotel. Also, the women working there did not smile or seemed friendly, that was a little disappointing.

Bon souvenir malgré tout
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, excellent, copieux, très bien servi avec des horaires souples.
Le lit, très confortable

La salle de bain un peu vieillotte avec un radiateur mural non fixé qui ne fonctionnait pas

Pros:

Umístění hotelu tak blízko katedrály nemá obdobu, zvláště pokud máte pokoj do náměstí. Skvělé snídaně. Cena. Umístění kavárny na střeše se super výhledem.

Cons:

Blíží se čas rekonstrukce hotelu, která bude nutná a snad se toho ještě dočkám.

Skvělý hotel!
Pros:

Poloha senzační, možnost parkování je pro nás podstatná. Snídaně parádní, pokoj pěkný, normální, čistý. V hotelu jsou dva výtahy, takže provoz jde rychle. Recepční super, hned se člověku lépe přichází, když ho vítá nekdo s úsměvem, ochotní, milí, profesionální.
Zaujal a překvapil nás robot v jídelně na sklízení špinavého nádobí, viděli jsme poprvé. Skvělé i děsivé zároveň:-)

Cons:

Jediné, co bych vytkla a možná lépe proškolika, je snídaňový personál, myslím tím zejména slečny. Jedná se zřejmě o učenky nebo brigadnice. Chápu, ze jejich práci za ně odvede kolega robot, nicmene přemýšlet se nekdy musí. Slečnu jsem oslovila, že kávovar hlásí plnou nádobu na namletou kávu a je potřeba to vyhodit. Bohužel na mě koukala velmi zvláštně asi jen proto, že po ní něco chci. Několikrát jsem zopakovala, co se děje a ze kávovar neudělá kávu, dokud se nevysype ona nádoba. Bohužel i přes můj apel nebyla schopná situaci vyřešit ani zavoláním na jiného kolegu. Čekali jsme u kávovaru několik minut s dalšími návštěvníky, dokud nešel okolo pán, asi vrchní číšník, který bez jediného našeho slova šel, okamžitě si všiml a problém během 10 vteřin vyřešil. Je to maličkost, ano. Nicméně hotel takové kategorie by toto neměl dopustit. Čekání ráno 10 minut na kávu jen proto, že personál není schopný vyřešit banální problem, je dle mého názoru fakt škoda.

Hotel in perfekter Lage mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut,auf dem Hof gibt es eine Raucherecke, der Hotel Parkplatz im Hof,wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Zimmerservice nicht besonders,Betten teilweise nicht gemacht,die gebrauchten Tassen und Gläser wurden nicht getauscht.
das Frühstück würde ich ausreichend bewerten,aber nichts besonderes.
Die Parkgebühren sind extrem hoch 16,50 Euro pro Tag
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht,bekamen aber Zimmer mit Einzelbetten,wurde am zweiten Tag getauscht,
wie gebucht.

Eine Übernachtung zum vergessen
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück passt auch und das Personal spricht gut Englisch

Cons:

Man hätte angeben müssen, dass die Zimmer teilweise nicht renoviert und in einem erbärmlichen Zustand sind
