Pros:

Les chambres étaient propres conformes aux photos, la vue sur mer était parfaite notamment pour le lever du jour sur la terrasse, petit déjeuner avec un peu de choix et bon globalement, avec un personnel, que ce soit à l'hôtel ou au restaurant, qui sont au petit soin, l'accès à la plage est simple et les transats de l'hôtel sont en hauteur ce qui permet une belle vue dégagée et permet de ne pas trop être dérangé par les marchands.
On a eu quelques coupures de courant qui n'ont pas été dérangeantes, un générateur étant fonctionnel (pas plus de 2-3min de coupures au pire des cas)
L'emplacement est génial et permet d'avoir accès à beaucoup de choses (activités/restaurants) à moins de 5-10 min à pied
Encore une fois big up au personnel, nous recommandons !

Cons:

La piscine du Zula est légèrement plus petite que prévue mais l'accès à la piscine de l'hôtel soeur permet de compenser largement.
Il faut s'habituer à bien remplir ses bouteilles d'eau de la fontaine à l'accueil ces dernières n'étant pas renouvelées après le premier accès à la chambre.
L'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas très simple en voiture/transport de l'avenue principal, on passe par des ruelles non goudronnées mais les habitants et marchands sont d'une grande gentillesse et aide pour retrouver son chemin au besoin.
Un peu plus de décoration/équipement dans les chambres pourraient faire ressortir de manière significative leur qualité et les rendre beaucoup plus agréable (un grand miroir, une bouilloire pour thé/café, déodorisant pour la salle de bain etc.)

Perfect!
Pros:

One of the best hotel from our trip in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar! We arrived quite late and the staff was super friendly and upgraded us to a room with a sea view for free. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast and food/drinks in the restaurant were delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing! We regretted having booked only one night there and would probably have stayed longer if we knew.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with taking our bags to and from the room during check-in/checkout. The location is absolutely perfect. It was central to everything.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Ik heb als soloreiziger een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Het is een prachtig hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel. Het privéstrandje is een echte plus om lekker een boek te lezen of een puzzeltje te maken, maar ook het zwembad is hier een fijne plek voor. In het restaurant kun je heerlijk eten, snacken of een drankje doen. Er is een spa bij het hotel waar je een fijne massage of andere behandeling kunt boeken en via het strand loop je gemakkelijk naar andere leuke restaurants/koffietentjes/etc. Mijn kamer was prachtig en schoon, en de douchegel op de badkamer is mijn nieuwe favoriet! Het bed vond ik een beetje te hoog en het matras aan de harde kant, maar ik heb desondanks goed geslapen.

Ik had deze dagen geboekt om even bij te komen na een intensieve groepsreis door Tanzania, en Zula was hier het perfecte verblijf voor.

Complimenten voor het fijne personeel! En in het bijzonder voor Mary, die mij me heel erg welkom liet voelen.

Geweldig genoten!
Pros:

Het gevoel van volledige ontspanning. Mooie kamers, worden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Het heerlijke strandje met bedjes bij het hotel, fijn dat daar de verkopers niet mogen komen. Dat is soms een beetje jammer zodra je de accomodatie verlaat. Maar dat is overal dus niets met de accomodatie te maken. Ontbijt is prima, niet heel erg bijzonder. Maar helemaal prima om de dag te starten. Genoeg heerlijke restaurantjes in de omgeving.

Voltaria a me hospedar no Zula.
Pros:

Gostei do custo benefício do hotel, da limpeza em geral, do restaurante do hotel, da receptividade dos funcionários, da área privativa das espreguiçadeiras, que permite aos hóspedes tomarem sol e descansar sem serem incomodados pelos ambulantes e a localização é excelente, permitindo ir até a vila mais próxima a pé.

Meilleur hôtel de notre séjour à zanzibar

L’hôtel est super jolie, propre emplacement parfait avec vu sur la mer la piscine est top. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est abordable est excellent rapport qualité prix.

Vistas increíbles, personal muy atento y comida muy buena. Variedad de opciones para desayunar.
Super cerca de varios sitios buenos para comer.

Cons:

Al baño le faltaba un poco de mantención y las puertas de la terraza no cerraban bien. La cama un pelin dura. La ducha es con mini caldera en el baño y a veces para no alcanzaba el agua caliente para bañarse 2 personas. Hubo dos días en que no nos repusieron el gel de ducha y tuvimos que ir a recepción a pedirlo.

A wonderful stay for our visiting family
Pros:

I booked Zula Zanzibar for my sister and brother-in-law while they were visiting us in Zanzibar, and they had an absolutely wonderful stay and an unforgettable Zanzibar experience. The resort was beautiful, relaxed and perfectly suited to enjoying the incredible surroundings of Zanzibar... from the turquoise ocean and beautiful beaches to spectacular sunsets.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and they found the staff to be warm, friendly and incredibly accommodating.

They did have a water issue in their unit, but this was dealt with within 24 hours, without any fuss whatsoever. The staff handled the situation with such courtesy, kindness and professionalism, which really impressed them.

Overall, they had an amazing holiday filled with beautiful scenery, wonderful experiences and lots of happy memories. They would absolutely return to Zula Zanzibar and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a truly special Zanzibar experience.

And from my side, I would happily book Zula for them again when they next come to visit us.
