Muy bueno
Pros:

El alojamiento es muy lindo y cómodo, tal cual se ve en las fotos. La ubicación es buena, las camas son muy cómodas y estaba súper limpio. El servicio también es muy amable y ofrecen tours de snorkel y más por mejores precios que los que se consiguen en el puerto.

Goede kamers, goede prijsverhouding en goed gevestigd op het eiland.
Pros:

Wat wij het meest beviel is het personeel en de kamer. Prima kamer, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Als we wat nodig hadden was het personeel bereid om ons te helpen. We konden fietsen huren bij het hotel, wat heel handig is op het eiland aangezien er geen gemotoriseerde voertuigen zijn.

Cons:

Af en toe kwam er vanuit de douche een rioollucht, dit duurde niet heel lang, maar stoorde ons soms wel.

Het is zelden dat ik ontevreden ben maar dit verblijf was echt een verschrikkelijke ervaring.
- handdoeken waren heel vuil en te weinig
- we hebben meer dan 30 minuten op het ontbijt moeten wachten om dan te horen dat er geen bananen pannekoeken waren, hierna foute bestelling gekregen van de eieren.
- we hadden graag fietsen gehuurd bij het hotel, dus vragen hiernaar, personeel zegt dat ze gaan kijken maar we zien hen later met telefoon bezig en is aan het roken.
We zijn na 1 dag vertrokken hier en hebben een ander hotel geboekt. Heel jammer dat dit zo moet lopen. Ik raad het niemand aan om hier te verblijven.

Very calm and peaceful stay.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of the island.
We experienced very friendly and helpful service from the staff members.
The room was also very comfortable and well maintained.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small and the shower made everything wet.

Très agréable et accueillant !
Pros:

J’ai adoré la gentillesse du personnel ! Toujours chaleureux et accueillant, ils n’hésitaient pas à savoir comment j’allais et ce que j’avais de prévu et me recommander des activités et coins sympas.
Le petit dej était très bon et suffisant.
La location de vélo est très pratique et m’a toute de suite était proposé

Achtung Sicherheitsmakel - aber hübsches Interior
Pros:

Die Bilder sehen hübsch aus. Der Einrichtungsstil ist echt toll, aber es ist in echt alles etwas kleiner, das sollte man fairerweise sagen. Optisch fand ich mein Zimmer echt schön, das Bad hat tatsächlich ein Wasserablauf-Problem, was sich überall leider mit einem etwas feuchten Keller-Geruch äussert (was nicht so tragisch ist, aber feuchte Wände können zu einem Problem werden). Das Personal war sehr lieb und hat sich um mich gut gekümmert, die Geschäftsführung war leider enttäuschend als es um einen Vorfall ging (siehe unten).

Cons:

Leider muss ich jetzt doch im Nachhinein etwas darüber schreiben, da ich denke, das es wichtig für andere ist. Die Sicherheit des Gebäudes muss unbedingt überprüft werden, tut etwas gegen das Abwasser und kümmert euch um die Feuchtigkeit (das sind alles Themen, die man beheben kann).

Mir ist mitten in der Nacht die Decke auf den Kopf gefallen, woraufhin ich mir dann ein neues Hotel (an Silvester!!) suchen musste (die alternative Unterkunft, die sie mir anboten, war absolut nichts, daher musste ich selbst tätig werden). Eine richtige Entschädigung habe ich nie erhalten, es war schon ein Akt die Kosten für die Nacht und die weiteren, die ich ja dann dort nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnte, erstattet zu bekommen.
