Belles randonnées autour de Arona et gratuité des transports avec la carte hôte est un plus
Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable et avenant. Nous avons été surclassés et avons pu prendre possession de cette belle chambre avec balcon avant midi au lieu de 14h. Le souper proposé le soir était excellent. Le spa très propre, beau et fonctionnel. Salle avec billard, ping-pong, baby-foot et même un flipper 🫠 très très bel hôtel de charme

Cons:

Absolument rien à redire. Peut-être juste les horaires du spa qui est fermé jusqu’à 15h. Ça serait cool si plus tôt dans la journée

Schönes Familienhotel mit guter Lage in Arosa
Pros:

Schönes Familiäres Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Alles war sehr sauber und das ganze Personal sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem und hatten eine tolle Sicht in die Berge.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl, damit jeder was passendes findet.

In freundlicher, familiärer Atmosphäre und mit delikatem Essen habe ich mich bestens erholt.
Pros:

Die familiäre, persönliche Atmosphäre hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Ehepaar Schmid sowie auch die Angestellten waren überaus freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück und das Nachtessen waren immer ausgezeichnet.

Da fällt mir gar nichts ein.

Kamen recht spaet an , die Kommunikation hat super geklappt.Wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Da es schon zu spät fuer den Wellnessbereich war, durften wir den nach unserem Check out noch nutzen. Das Fruehstueck war sehr lecker und frisch und auswahlsreich. Wir sind nach unserem Check out hoch in die Berge und kamen aufgrund zeit druck nicht mehr dazu den Wellnessbereich zu nutzen, die Bademaentel die wir zusaetzlich gebucht hatten wurden uns gut geschrieben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Kommen gern wieder!
