Pros:

Della struttura ci è piaciuto in primis lo Staff, tanto cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Molto bello l'hotel, le camere e i servizi peccato per il tempo. Sicuramente torneremo quest'estate ma per goderci a pieno l'esperienza al completo e con nostra figlia.

Cons:

L'unica cosa negativa che potrei dire è che c'era un po' di sporcizia in camera, dentro la vasca e la macchinetta del caffè piena di polvere ma oltre a queste due cosette non possiamo dire assolutamente altro.

Rezervirana soba je obljubljala pogled na park, dejansko stanje BI BIL pogled na bazen, vendar je bilo okno popolnoma zaraslo z živo mejo, da ni bilo niti sončne svetlobe. V sobi ni delovalo gretje, (19 stopinj) segreti ni bilo možno niti kopalnice. Na prošnjo za vklop so le odgovorili, da je gretje pač izklopljeno

Sauber, gute Lage, gute Betten, das Frühstück war ein Reinfall.
Pros:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war super nett :)
Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten sehr gut, die Lage als Ausgangspunkt vor Ausflüge ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal im fensterlosen Restaurant , ein älterer Kellner im Restaurant morgens extrem unfreundlich, die gute Bewertung des Frühstücks können wir nicht nachvollziehen, der Kaffee war schlechte Qualität, auch das Essensangebot bei allenfalls Standard eines drei Sterne Hotels , entgegen der Angabe bei Booking waren die Außen Pools überhaupt noch nicht in Betrieb genommen, der Zimmer Safe war stromlos und nicht zu gebrauchen.
