Pros:

Nice apartment with washer and kitchen in a good location.

Cons:

1. No hot water in the shower- the water was completely cold and unheated. This is unacceptable.

2. Loud construction in the building for many hours in the afternoon and evening.

3. Many loud people stomping/running through the building and drinking and shouting inside and outside the building all evening.

4. People smoking outside the building and the smoke got inside the room.

It is not appropriate to advertise a room in a building that is under construction, where the windows do not close adequately, and there is a bar/smoking area right outside the window! This place could be nice, but needs more care by the owner. The building needs to be managed along with the apartment itself.

Добрий вечір, все сподобалось.
Сподіваюсь, приїдемо ще.
Поруч жд дорога, але ж і до центру недалеко.
Треба лише смазати вхідні двері у кімнату, бо скриплять.
А так все сподобалось, купили сувеніри на згадку там
