Todo, el cuarto tenía olor a humedad,no es en lo que ve en las fotos, en las fotos se ve mucho mejor de lo que en realidad es, la piscina estaba sucia. Antes de pagar verifica bien si si es el lugar donde quieres pasar tu descanso, que no se lleve la gran sorpresa que me lleve yo ..
Bueno otra cosa obviamente no me quede en el lugar y la dueña solo me devolvió el 50%de lo que había pagado

Cons:

En la habitación se encuentran artículos relacionados con la India, hasta ahí todo bien. Sin embargo dejaron un jarrón aparentemente de alto valor en la mitad de 2 puertas giratorias ocasionando que tuviéramos un accidente al momento de salir de la habitación y este se cayera y se rompiera poniendo en riesgo nuestra seguridad. La persona encargada refirió que debíamos pagar 2 millones de pesos por el jarrón por lo tanto esto hizo que nuestra estadía no fuera agradable. Al momento de entregar la habitación la persona fue poco cordial porque esperaba ese pago.

Más fachada que experiencia real
Pros:

Las reseñas me hicieron pensar que venía a un lugar de descanso, pero la realidad fue otra. El sitio es bonito, pero la experiencia deja mucho que desear. ¿Suites y tranquilidad? Imposible cuando ponen un bafle gigante al lado de las cabañas con música de banda retumbando. El baño no tiene puerta, lo cual resulta incómodo, y el internet no llega a las cabañas. Los dueños son personas queridas, pero el personal no es amable ni diligente: más que atender, parece que uno estuviera pidiendo un favor.

Cons:

En definitiva, la experiencia no corresponde ni con el precio ni con la publicidad que hacen.

La zona de la piscina es hermosa y es agradable su uso porque permanece limpia y con pocas personas, amamos la ducha y el jacuzzi en la habitación

Pros:

Lo mejor de toda la estancia fue la atención de la empleada , súper formal y dispuesta ayudar en lo que pudiera , la piscina fenomenal

Cons:

Que no tienen restaurante , lo cerraron y es muy incómodo salir a buscar desayuno fuera del hotel y estar pidiendo domicilios, solo por esta razón no volvería .

Great place to stay if you want to enjoy the Colombian Santorini and make tours in Doradal
Pros:

Great location inside the Doradal town, near to everything you may need, very few cabins make it a little more private, but not all together since it is inside the santorini so it is not a secluded

Cons:

everything was good, the place seems like newly starting so everything may improve over time

Pros:

It is a beautiful place and the staff is nice and helpful. The offered was delicious and at a fair price. The hotel is in the center of the touristic area but, private and surrounded by nature
