La chambre était petite au regard du prix payé. La terrasse était également bruyante, étant située juste au-dessus de l’espace petit-déjeuner.

Le changement des serviettes étant payant, cela peut vite devenir contraignant, notamment lors d’un séjour de plusieurs nuits ou lorsque l’on souhaite simplement disposer de serviettes propres.

Le parking, situé en hauteur et limité à trois places, présente un accès que j’ai trouvé assez dangereux.

Concernant l’accueil, le personnel de la réception ne parlait pas anglais, ce qui a compliqué les échanges. J’ai également regretté le manque de présentation de l’établissement et le fait que la personne à l’accueil semblait davantage occupée par son téléphone que par l’accueil et l’information des clients.

Enfin, le spa a été inclus dans le prix de ma réservation sur Booking. Pourtant, après avoir demandé des précisions, car aucune information ne m’avait été spontanément communiquée à ce sujet, on m’a indiqué que seul l’espace extérieur était accessible avec mon tarif. Or, fin octobre, cet espace se limitait à un petit jacuzzi qui n’était ni en état de fonctionnement ni propre. L’accès au spa intérieur m’a été refusé au motif qu’il n’était pas compris dans le prix payé.

Il aurait été appréciable que ces conditions d’accès soient clairement précisées dans l’annonce Booking afin d’éviter toute ambiguïté.

En résumé, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes, tant en matière de qualité d’accueil que d’infrastructures et de prestations proposées.

Ottima esperienza
Pros:

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto per staccare la spina e rigenerarsi. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Bagnaia (dal 2 al 9 ottobre) presso Elbitat Wellness&Spa e l’esperienza ha superato ogni aspettativa.​ La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, immersa nella quiete e con un'atmosfera intima, elegante e dotata di ogni comfort. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre attento, accogliente e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza con grande professionalità e calore. Ottima anche la colazione, ricca di prodotti freschi, torneremo sicuramente!

Very good location, friendly but not cheap.
Pros:

Convenient location, close to beach, nice breakfast, nice garden.

Cons:

Room was miniature, hardly room to move but then you don’t come to Elba to stay indoors… The breakfast drink rationing was unique (one cup of tea, the next drink, a coffee was extra… a rare feat never encountered with hundreds of hotels visited in the last 50 years?)

Charmant emplacement- appartement grand et jolie terrasse - produits locaux au petit déjeuner- beaucoup de possibilités pour parquer juste à coté- situé dans un petit village peu touristique.. un rêve

Assolutamente consigliato, nuovo e vicino al mare
Pros:

Struttura appena rinnovata, appartamento ampio e pulito dotato di tutti i comfort. Colazione fantastica e scelta davvero ampia. Staff gentile e cordiale e attento a tutte le richieste. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, strada tutta pianeggiante.

Pros:

Een paradijs op Elba. De accommodatie is gelegen op een kleine heuvel wat een subtiel uitzicht geeft over het baaitje. De appartementen zijn stijlvol en clean ingericht. Het ontbijt wordt elke dag met veel liefde verzorgd en is om door een ringetje te halen. Daarbij is het personeel erg vriendelijk en toegewijd om ons een perfecte ervaring te bieden. De accommodatie biedt een jacuzzi en (outdoor of indoor)gym; welke je dagelijks kosteloos kan boeken. Het eiland is met gemak te verkennen vanuit deze locatie. Al met al een dikke 10/10, er zijn maar weinig van dit soort parels op het eiland.

Dat we weer moesten gaan! :(

Ottima struttura nuova e in posizione comoda per muoversi per l'isola. Si può anche raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia vicina.

Cons:

Da migliorare la gestione della colazione. Preferibile a buffet come viene servita la Domenica. Orario di inizio un pò ritardato alle 8.30.
