Perfect stay in Elba
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Elba. The view was fantastic, and the location was great — just a short walk from the beach.

Do keep in mind that reaching the villa involves climbing some fairly steep slopes, but we didn’t mind — it kept us in shape during the trip!

The villa comes equipped with a washing machine, which made our stay so much more convenient, especially for a longer trip. We also enjoyed daily housekeeping, which was a lovely touch and kept everything spotless throughout our visit.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning, from cookware to utensils and dishwashing machine.

In the evenings, we loved heading down to the bars and restaurants near the beach — a great way to end the day.

Overall, a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay — highly recommended for anyone visiting Elba!

Condizionatore, doccia molto grande, colazione inclusa molto abbondante

Cons:

La stanza era al piano terra chiudibile solo tramite portefinestre e ante vecchie… non proprio sicura anche perché le serrature vecchie dure e rovinate…. Metterei infissi nuovi e una porta più blindata poiché si è proprio esposti da tutti i lati…. Inoltre c’è una porta dentro alla stanza (chiusa a chiave credo dai proprietari) che è collegata direttamente alla reception….. poca privacy e poca sicurezza…. Non mi sono sentita sicura a causa di tutte queste porte con chiusure esposte….

La televisione in stanza una Smart tv molto vecchia e non aggiornata- difatti provando a installare app di streaming non funzionava in quanto obsoleta…non funzionante nemmeno funzione con cavo hdmi…. Insomma impossibilitati a guardare le piattaforme

Il secondo giorno non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani… li avevamo lasciati tutti per terra in bagno -palesemente sporchi e non più utilizzabili - e ce li hanno riappesi sporchi … così abbiamo dovuto aspettare il giorno dopo per averli puliti…..


Riassortirei sempre cialde caffè poiché ci sono state fornite il primo giorno ma mai più riaggiunte
Inoltre mancavano bicchieri acqua


Per quanto riguarda invece la colazione ci siamo trovati male con le cameriere …. Le bevande arrivavano sempre in ritardo e senza posate ne zucchero…. Successo sia a noi che agli altri ospiti nei tavoli a fianco… inoltre palesemente non preparate per servire a dei tavoli in quanto facevano cadere le cose ….


La jacuzzi esterna completamente al sole e inutilizzabile d’estate in quanto sotto pieno sole cocente (almeno mettere una tenda o un ombrellone) e con acqua calda ….

O cazare absolut superba, mult peste asteptari! Totul arata EXACT ca in poze si este impecabil: lenjeriile, asternuturile, mobilierul, baia, curatenia si toate detaliile. Se vede clar ca totul este foarte bine intretinut si facut cu mult bun gust.
Locatia este excelenta, foarte usor accesibila, cu parcare privata si o priveliste superba asupra muntilor si marii. Totul a fost perfect de la inceput pana la sfarsit. Cu siguranta vom reveni si recomandam aceasta cazare 100%!

Bella struttura con ampie possibilità di miglioramenti.
Pros:

Ambienti nuovi con bellissima vista sulla baia di Bagnaia. Colazione varia e con ottimi prodotti.

Cons:

Poca attenzione alla manutenzione delle camere con docce belle ma da cui non usciva molta acqua causa calcare. Turni della colazione da rivedere completamente. Un suggerimento per una formazione più attenta e completa del personale della sala colazione
