Está entre la carretera principal y una calle con un zoco, muy céntrico y hay desde un zoco a diferentes tiendas y bancos ... Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero no están mal tienen una cama cómoda y hay un baño que no está mal. Tienen balcón y ventana. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado una tele un pequeño armario empotrado. Tienen wifi y va muy bien y rápido. El hotel es acogedor tiene una pequeña entrada abajo y en la primera planta tienen como una pequeña sala de estar con sofás y una mesa y está todo muy limpio y con buena olor. El personal es muy amable y educado sobretodo el chico de recepción que me subió las maletas a la primera planta. La verdad que me ha gustado.
Son pequiñitos puntos que desagradan un poco pero no son de mucha importancia a menos que tengas el sueño muy ligero. La calle del zoco es un poco concurrida de noche pero no mucho y lo bueno es que ya una vez recogido no se escucha nada.
The staff specifically Suad and Zaid are helpful. The location is very central on the city main street and close to the airport. The daily evening market is right there. Check in and out was smooth. The beds are ok for me. They have soap and shampoo. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket are close by. If you can't get what you want for breakfast in the cafe downstairs, go across the side street to the pastry shop.
It seems it was once a nice hotel but not well kept afterwards. I have been in 3 different rooms, one for a couple hours because of an AC issue, all have broken or loose toilet seats or bathroom door that can't be closed. In one room, the wall plaster peeled off. You can only access the lift from first floor because of municipal regulation issues they have to set up the recetion by the lift on ground floor. I think will little love it would be a perfect place to stay in Guelmim.

This would be a perfectly acceptable hotel if it was properly maintained. It isn't.
Small room. Glazed door to balcony had no curtain. Some sockets didn't work. Very small bathroom. Single member of staff totally disinterested. Lift only worked (some of the time) from the 1st floor up.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The accomodation itself was terrible for the price. The bathroom is nowhere near by European standards which is not a problem but the prices were matching... Both of our rooms stink. A terrible odor.
