Excelente.
Pros:

Gostei de tudo, banho, cama. Pena não ter café da manhã, mas há vários cafés bem próximos. A localização é o ponto forte, perto do metrô, de muitos restaurantes, da Olive young e pontos turísticos. Os recepcionistas são muito gentis, ajudam e Yuna consegui late checkbout para às 12h. Super recomendo.

Cons:

O travesseiro é de excelente qualidade, mas um pouco alto. Como oferecem 2 unidades, poderiam disponibilizar um deles mais baixo.

Great location. Has laundry on-site. Close to Seoul stations and multiple palaces
Pros:

This is the greatest location as far as I’m concerned. It’s very close to Seoul station so getting here after taking arex express is very easy. It’s close to all the palaces and multiple great food places. It has on site laundry. I think for first time Korea traveler this is the best place to stay for the value.

The reception name Nuri she is verry helpful and she give us a clear instruction.

If I visit South Korea again, I will most likely stay there again for the location.
Pros:

The property was clean, and everything was walking distance . Great location.
The staff especially Jerry and Gianna was marvellous. They will help us with every questions.
Check in was easy

Cons:

Though the room was for 4. I find it should be a 3 persons bedroom leaving space for a small console and places for luggage .. it was a bit too crowded for 4 persons.

The Hotel was so close to everything but not so loud or hectic that you can still have some peace :) The place was reasonably priced and was very clean! The staff was absolutely superb and accomodating!

Brak realnego kontaktu z obsługą, brak reakcji na nasze prośby, obiekt działa w w stylu kup i martw się dalej sam, hotel sprzedał nocleg więc cokolwiek nie tak to problem gościa hotelowego . Wielka szkoda rezerwując nocleg w tym obiekcie liczyliśmy na poznanie wielkiej koreańskiej kultury i empatii w stosunku do gości hotelowych , na pewno tego nie oczekujcie w tym obiekcie,

Pros:

This was my second trip to Korea, and I stayed here for four days. Other reviewers have already mentioned how great the hotel facilities are, so I’d like to focus on the staff instead.

During my stay, I met three staff members, and all of them were incredibly kind and professional. They communicated fluently in English and sometimes even in Japanese, which made everything much easier. I was especially impressed by how willing they were to help—for example, they even called and made a reservation at a popular restaurant on my behalf.

I would particularly like to thank Dustin. He was very accommodating when I needed to store my luggage after check-out, and he even gave me a warm message and some korean traditional snacks. Small gestures like these made a big difference and made my trip even more memorable.

The staff truly enhanced my overall travel experience, and I highly recommend taking the opportunity to interact with them during your stay.
