Excellent Staff, But Be Aware of the Windowless Rooms
Pros:

The hotel staff were exceptional—10/10. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They handled my concerns politely, and their excellent service was the highlight of my stay.

Cons:

My room had no window, which came as a complete surprise. It was the first time I had ever stayed in a windowless hotel room. I asked if I could move to a room with a window, but I was told that only a small number of rooms have no windows and that no other rooms were available.
I later realized my reservation confirmation did say "No Window," but I had overlooked it because I never imagined a hotel charging about $125 per night would offer windowless rooms. Although I understand these rooms are legally permitted if they meet ventilation requirements, I personally found the experience very uncomfortable. Natural light and fresh air are important to me, and mechanical ventilation is not the same.
I even looked for nearby hotels that night, but they were fully booked, so I had no choice but to stay. Unfortunately, this made my 4-night stay much less enjoyable. I would not stay in a windowless room again and recommend that future guests carefully check the room type before booking.

Pros:

Hotel w samym centrum, do atrakcji można dojść na piechotę a okolica pełna knajp, sklepów i życia nocnego ale jednocześnie w pokoju cichutko. Poza tym blisko dworca kolejowego czyli dojazd z lotniska bezproblemowy. Pokoje małe ale wystarczające, wszystko jest. Fajny barek na dachu gdzie można zrobić sobie kawę herbatę.

Dustin is the Goat!!
Pros:

came with east to understand directions to it as landing at Incheon. Really accommodating and friendly staff and clean as hell

Cons:

paid laundry but it was cheap and they actually gave me another cycle for free because i put too much in the dryer and it didn’t dry in time

Great place to stay in Seoul
Pros:

The location was very good for walking and getting public transport. The staff were friendly and helpful. Dustin was nice and assisted us with our luggage storage on the last day and provided us with some water.
It was useful having a microwave on level 6 for heating up meals.

Cons:

There was a little bit of a bad smell in the room, not sure from what.

Budget-Friendly Gem in Myeongdong
Pros:

The location , staff we met all were professional and carry very friendly attitude. They were very nice and kind to our 6 yrs old daughter too 🙂. During our check out time, it was Dustin, he was very friendly, helpful, even took sometime to advise where we can take our brunch.

Cons:

Owing to hotel type, it's best in every ways, say it location or the facilities. Not as we didn't like, but as a suggestion I would like to mention to once in a while need to check and clean under the beds.

Good value for money and for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is great, and the all my interactions with the staff were nice. They were very kind and willing to help. The room had everything I needed after I long day of activities: a comfortable bed, clean and good toilet, shower, utensils, etc. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, and I think it is a good value for money.

Cons:

I do not think that there is anything the hotel can do about it, but it is important to mention a few things for people considering staying there. Firstly, the entrance of the hotel is in a very narrow street, kind of dirt, and not looking very nice. At least during the day, it seemed safe, but I as I returned early to the room, I am not sure how it would feel/look at night. Secondly, the room I stayed had no windows, but there are air circulation ducts. I had no problem with that, but some people might. Finally, the refrigerator and the air conditioner together in the room make the room quite noisy at night. I tried to turn off or reduce the wind speed of the air conditioner to reduce noise, but then the room got quite hot. The hotel provides earplugs, which helps. Still, if you are sensitive to noise, it might be a problem.
With all that said, I honestly believe that if you just need a place to sleep after a day of activities in the city, it is a nice option considering cost, location, staff kindness, facilities provided, etc.
