Zdecydowanie udany nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Wyśmienita lokalizacja i bardzo serdeczny personel. Na wielki plus wygodna wanna oraz udogodnienia takie jak szczoteczka/maszynka do golenia dostępne bezpłatnie w recepcji (gdzie zazwyczaj płacić trzeba dodatkowo).

Cons:

Może troszkę pokój mógłby być większy ale przy dwóch osobach i dwóch dużych walizkach wciąż da się przejść ;)

Terrible Experience! Do Not Stay Here!

On our very first day, I found a HUGE brown cockroach in the bathtub of our supposedly cleaned room! Absolutely disgusting, especially for a hotel that claims to have a cleanliness certificate.

There was barely anyone at reception, and it took almost an hour to get help because the staff couldn’t communicate properly in English. We were forced to stay that night, and I felt extremely uncomfortable.

The next day, after I complained repeatedly, they refunded the remaining nights but STILL CHARGED US FOR THE FIRST NIGHT! We had to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay.

Completely ruined our vacation. Disgusting hygiene, terrible service, and absolutely unacceptable treatment. NEVER AGAIN!

loved the service from the staff and the space in the rooms. they also have a upstairs rooftop for guests which we loved and used frequently. dustin at reception was specifically memorable and very kind and helpful through our check out process

Firststay deserving the name for a great first experience
Pros:

Everything was based on description. Communication via mail in advance regarding to arrival time worked well.

Easy accessibilty in terms of transit and also central location to many attractions.

The hotel staff is also nice and friendly.

Especially Luna.
She is a friendly and open staff member for tourists and first-timers in Seoul. Thanks to her I had a pleasant accomodation at the hotel regarding to good English communication and some great tips for local spots to visit.

I got a great first impression of the Korean kindness and can only recommend this hotel as stay. Can't wait for the next trip!

Pros:

Localização excelente e recepcionistas gentis, muito atenciosos!

Cons:

Na acomodação tivemos problema com a pia entupida, tomada do banheiro não estava funcionando e nem o wifi.
Reclamamos e arrumaram, porém no dia seguinte já não funcionava novamente o wifi e tomada.
Hospedes do quarto ao lado ficaram fazendo festa até as 3 am, gargalhando e falando muito alto.

Great location and value. Caution for light sleepers.
Pros:

Very good location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good air conditioning, choice of facilities. Walking distance to many sights and restaurants.

Cons:

The walls are very thin and you can hear footsteps from neighbours and upstairs. My neighbours were very loud late at night on a couple of occasions and made it difficult to sleep. Very hard to rest with these noises for a light sleeper. So you have to be lucky you have quiet neighbours. The window in my room also faced a very bright digital screen on the street and curtains were inadequate for blocking the light sufficiently.

La habitación era muy pequeña Y claustrofóbica, olía a humedad y me pidieron que vacíe el deshumidificador 2 veces al día, había humedad en el techo. La habitación era insalubre, me tuve que ir, debieron haberme reembolsado todo porque no pueden alquilar una habitación así, me dijeron que me reembolsarían el 50%, pero hasta la fecha no lo han hecho.
