Very central hotel in Seoul
Pros:

The location was very central and the staff were very friendly and attentive

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned for the 5 day stay that we were there, however the towels were exchanged every day and they offered amenities kits.

Quiet, Convenience location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is very convenience, staff are very friendly. Air-con, bath or shower, provide toothbrush, hairdryer, and some grooming for man too. They have a little treats to give you when you check in and check out.

Our stay at Hotel Firststay Myeongdong was great, especially thanks to Dustin. We were a group of six and booked two rooms, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
Dustin was incredibly helpful and responsive—he answered all our questions quickly, gave us useful tips about the area, and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, having someone like him made our whole trip feel easier and more enjoyable.
The location is also great. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the center of Myeongdong, so shopping, dining, and sightseeing were super convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our family.
Thanks to Dustin and the great location, our stay was stress-free and fun. We’d definitely recommend this place and come back again!

Nos gustó mucho, tanto el trato del personal, como las instalaciones.

Está muy bien ubicado. Tienes un bus limusina que te trae y te lleva al aeropuerto muy cerca, en el City Hall, así como parada de bus en la puerta y la estación de tren muy cerca.

Además, tienes una cantidad de cafeterías y sitios para comer alrededor, alguno de ellos 24h, que te salvan de un apuro.

La terraza en la azotea está muy bien,

Firststay Hotel Myeongdong was an excellent choice for our stay in Seoul. The location is very convenient, close to the heart of Myeongdong and within a 15-minute walk of Seoul Station. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A special mention to Dustin and the entire front desk team, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great place, greater people
Pros:

Excellent location, convenient, very friendly staff and great communication! On the last day Dustin prepared a gift bag for us with water and snacks for the trip and a letter in our mother tongue! So extra and kind of him to do so!
