Charming Hotel, but Single Rooms Need Improvement
Pros:

A renovated, cozy hotel right in the heart of Santiago de Compostela. The double rooms are absolutely lovely, with beautiful stone details and comfortable beds. Single rooms are way more basic. The staff are also super friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

There is a surprisingly big difference between the double and single rooms. While the double rooms feel elegant and full of character, the single rooms, although clean, feel more like basic guesthouse accommodation, with low, somewhat uncomfortable beds. It’s quite a letdown by comparison! The hallways and elevator are also rather narrow, and breakfast is fairly basic, with only the essentials on offer.

I liked the location. It was great.

Cons:

I didn't like the glass en-suite. One panel was complete clear glass. Not ideal as you entered the room you had a full view of anyone using the bathroom/toilet/shower.

Pros:

No puedo poner ninguna pega. Ubicación excelente. Trato exquisito. Todo muy limpio. El desayuno muy completo.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Lage oberhalb der Kathedrale. Da es sehr steil zum Hotel ist, sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Bett war ein Etagenbett. Es stand irgendwie nicht fest und auch etwas schräg.

Cons:

Estábamos en la primera planta y se escuchaba cualquier ruido que pasaba abajo. Y el baño de cristal es un no no 🙂‍↔️.

Pros:

Quarto moderno, bom chuveiro, ar condicionado, lençóis e toalhas de boa qualidade. Ótimo café da manhã para quem optar. Disponibiliza guarda chuva gratuitamente. Áreas comuns muito agradáveis.

Second time at this lovely hotel in a great location in Santiago. Very good staff and comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast at a very good price. Very much recommended.

A great small hotel with modern rooms in the old part of town and exceptionally friendly staff.
Pros:

The hotel is small and perfectly located. The room was quiet, breakfast was very nice. The room had a desk as well. Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
