Cons:

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni el televisor. Muy mala disposición de la persona que nos atendió, que de mala gana nos devolvió el importe pagado. Nos cambiamos a otro hotel, muy bueno.

Pros:

Great location in the heart of Santiago and a charming modern hotel in a historical typical building! Very helpful and gracious staff!

When we arrived at 17h to check in the hotel was closed and the machine to call them was not working.
