A very unique stay in a beautifully restored historic building
Pros:

The design and historical preservation were incredible. The bed was delightful.

Cons:

The service was very poor for a hotel of this caliber. The staff didn’t seem experienced. The food was not very tasty. When you’re stuck on an island with no other choice the food selection should be outstanding.

Pros:

Mamula Island is a very special and unique place — quiet, beautiful, and unlike anywhere else I stayed. The setting is stunning, the atmosphere feels peaceful and exclusive, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience and I am very glad I had the chance to stay there.

Cons:

The overall cost was very high, and some of the added charges did not feel as clearly explained as they could have been. In particular, the additional service charge on items made the final bill higher than expected. For a luxury property, I would have appreciated more transparency around pricing and extra charges.

Little slice of paradise
Pros:

We loved it all but were only there for one night so didnt really take much note of staff names

Cons:

It was all great
Maybe free water on tap around the pool would be nice so you could help yourself

Pros:

L'emplacement isolé et la vue sur le continent encore assez sauvage. Un calme très apprécié pour pouvoir se ressourcer.
La qualité de la rénovation de tout l'hôtel et l'entretien impeccable.
La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel..
Le SPA et les soins proposés.
Les petites attentions du soir dans la chambre.

Cons:

La salle de sport est petite. Mais comme la capacité de l'hôtel est assez limitée, j'étais toujours seule à faire du sport, ce qui a compensé :)
Et le service du dîner est plutôt long, ce qui est difficile à comprendre en raison du peu de plats proposés à la carte.

Wonderful!
Pros:

This hotel is truly special. Very unique and definitely has the wow factor! The room was very beautiful and the staff were always helpful. They all go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The croissants at breakfast were fantastic!!

Cons:

Nothing. There is nothing bad to say about the hotel or the whole experience at this fabulous place.

Cons:

Probably not the best option for long stays as the island is really tiny. However is you want to slow down a bit you should enjoy this one.

Solitude by the Sea
Pros:

The sense of peace and seclusion. The remoteness of the property created an incredibly calming atmosphere and made it feel like a true escape. I stayed in a Junior Suite and absolutely loved it. The room looked exactly like the photos, which is always appreciated when booking a luxury property. Honestly, I do not think there is a bad room on the island, but the design of the suite was especially impressive. The interiors were warm, spacious, and beautifully curated without feeling overdone.

I loved being able to look out toward the sea from the room, and details like the fireplace and incredibly comfortable bed made the stay feel even more relaxing and intimate. The design touches throughout the suite, including the beautiful Berber rugs from Morocco, added so much character and warmth to the space. Everything felt thoughtful, calming, and intentionally designed to create a true sense of escape. The spa facilities were exceptional, and the property truly offered everything needed for a relaxing and restorative stay.

Cons:

The only notable concern I had during my stay was the boat transfer experience. While I personally was able to manage it, the vessel sits quite low to the water, requiring guests to step down into the boat and then be assisted back out upon arrival. I could see this being difficult for guests with mobility limitations, balance concerns, or physical disabilities, and I do think it is something management should consider addressing in the future, perhaps with a different transfer vessel or additional accessibility accommodations.

I also experienced a small service issue during my stay. I had requested champagne flutes for the room, and despite following up, the request was never fulfilled. It was not a major issue, especially considering the property had just reopened for the season under new management, but at this level of hospitality and price point, guests generally expect simple requests to be handled promptly and without needing multiple reminders.

Pros:

Top notch location and service, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable for us. The facilities are excellent and everything has been decorated with taste.

Unique, expérience inoubliable
Pros:

C'est une expérience hors norme depuis l'arrivée en bateau jusqu'au départ avec les cadeaux de la réception.
Le personnel prend le temps de s'occuper des hôtes et est très à l'écoute. Nous nous sentons comme des privilégiés.
Le cadre est exceptionnel, la restauration du fort est d'une très haute qualité, tout a été fait avec sonnet beaucoup de goût.
Les chambres sont grandes, parfaitement équipées.

Cons:

Manque de clarté sur l'endroit exact où stationner l'a voiture et où embarquer pour l'ile.

Pros:

Очень стильное место. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Реконструкция сделана качественно , много интересных решений, деталий, все продумано до мелочей. Конечно потрясающая природа. Мне все очень понравилось.

Cons:

С учетом сложной истории места хотелось бы добавить «души». Быть может поселить какого то котика или кроликов или может быть большого доброго пса, который бы встречал гостей на пирсе. Как то немного пусто в моральном плане.

А еще надо почистить дно на пляже, т к много ржавых деталей после ремонта.
