Consigliatissimo
Pros:

Struttura recentemente ristrutturata. Posizione centrale. Posizione centrale e personale disponibilissimo. Mi hanno persino preparato un cestino per la colazione poiché partivo molto presto.

Pros:

The hotel in general is quiet and well kept, but we had two different rooms that seemed to belong to two different hotels: one was very spacious and cozy, the other was cramped and with huge mirror on the side of the bed, quite unexpected. The staff has been very welcoming and supportive and also prepared breakfast boxes for early departures

Lo staff e il proprietario sono stati gentilissimi ci hanno dato la camera molto presto alle 8 del mattino senza chiedere nulla per il check-in anticipato, ci hanno fornito bottigliette d’acqua e dei souvenir omaggio dopo una piacevole chiacchierata.

Все было замечательно. Сотрудники приветливы, помогли подобрать номер с учётом жаркой погоды, когда мы приехали. Помогли соориентироваться в городе. Отдельное спасибо за подарки.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war wohl lange nicht genutzt, das Wasser in der Dusche hat gestunken. Die Betten waren sehr geräuschintensiv. Im Bad ist das Abwasserrohr von dee Toilette nicht dicht.

Cons:

Die Zahlung ist doppelt vom Konto abgebucht. Bei der ersten Kartenzahlung hat es geheißen, die Zahlung sei abgebrochen worden. Dadurch habe ich zweimal gezahlt. Ich habe dies bereits dem Hotel per E-Mail mitgeteilt, das Hotel antwortet nicht. Ich kann die doppelte Kontobelastung natürlich belegen.

Typical tourist hotel. Hidden fees, bad wifi and pressure to buy.
Pros:

Air conditioning was good

Cons:

Wifi very unreliable.
When leaving, they wanted me to pay to wash the towels! (I guess that’s a hidden bonus)
Pressure to use the ‘house driver’ for everything. It made me uneasy whenever I left my room.
Breakfast made me sick the first day. Spent day in room.
