Amazing location for short trips in Barmouth, great staff
Pros:

Staff are so lovely and welcoming second time we've stayed and they are so helpful

Cons:

We have enjoyed both our stays , British seaside hotel , reasonably priced large rooms for family. Has all your basic facilities it's a hotel for you to have a good brekkie in, a good sleep and a drink and some fun at the end of the night before bed.

Fantastic Location and Staff
Pros:

The Sandbanks is a fabulous looking building on the seafront in Barmouth. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, functional with a great refurbished bathroom. A good stock of drinks making products. A lovely made to order breakfast in a nice bar/ restaurant area. The location is the value for money with this property as the beach is literally over the road and it stunning especially with the back drop of the pretty village and Welsh hills. A fabulous stay, with fantastic hosts.

Great place to stay in Barmouth.
Pros:

Conveniently located near the train station and just a stone throw away from the beach. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast. Room basic but more than adequate. Great to have a fan supplied in this heat. Let me store my luggage after checkout which was much appreciated.

Pros:

I enjoyed everything the location was perfect and the room was massive. Plenty of water and coffee and tea. View of the front a+

Cons:

Dirty bedding for all our stay even when cleaners came same sheets for two days. Leaking shower. Floor was uneven and felt unsafe

Great Welsh sea-side hotel!
Pros:

Location is excellent, close to station and very close to the beach and sea.
Friendly greeting, room beautifully clean and super sea view!
All staff lovely.

Cons:

Mugs would be better than the small cups in the room..

Pros:

Very good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

1.Too many steps to get the room .
2. The room on the pictures had a very big windows with sea view. We received the room with very small windows. We were a bit disappointed of this
