La propreté de l'hôtel. Le calme et la localisation idéale

L’appartement propre et spacieux

Cons:

Le bruit, fenêtres mal isolées, bruits des voisins au dessus. Pas de torchon alors que nous l’avons réclamé 3 fois pendant notre séjour, alors que le règlement intérieur demande à ranger la vaisselle à notre départ. Manque de professionnalisme de la part de certains membres du personnel.

Pros:

Me encantó lo limpio que esta todo lo simpáticos y amables que son el personal como tratan a los guespedes deverdad que estoy super contenta y pienso volver.

Cons:

La verdad es que no ay nada que no me gustara pero si tengo que decir algo seria la ubicación pero como ay taxis todo el tiempo no me molesto mucho.

1. Отношение персонала к своей работе.
У меня так убрали номер, что пришлось разыскивать потом свои вещи. И они нашлись. Только вне номера. Это стоило моих нервов, слез и времени. Когда, Слава Богу, вещи нашлись (не все, но большая часть), администрация отеля задала вопрос: они мне что-то должны? Я удивлённо посмотрела на них (запухшими от слез глазами) и сказала: Нет! А как вы, уважаемые отдыхающие, считаете: они мне всё-таки были должны за слезы, нервы, поиски пропавшего или это все входило в стоимость оплаченных услуг при проживании в отеле Зефир?
2. Ванная комната оказалась опасной по всем правилам техники безопасности. Интересно, проектировщики у себя дома тоже имеют такие же опасную конструкцию для детей и старших по возрасту людей? Вращающееся стекло, перегораживающее проход в туалет.
П. С. Зефир - это сладость. Проживание в отеле Зефир оказалось не таким уж и сладким.

Pros:

Receptionist Hala was very helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. Adil was extremely helpful and accommodated to my needs. We requested for additional resources and they were able to give. The housekeepers did an excellent job at cleaning the room. There was also another Receptionist who was tall and glasses but he was also amazing and assisted me. Fantastic hotel, highly recommend!

Home stay
Pros:

I liked everything about my stay. All the staff were very helpful and always welcomed us with a smile. The room was like a small apartment, fully equipped with everything needed. The view was amazing, and the location was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel very nice but it’s deserve professional and better team
Pros:

Great location, apartment size was good and cleaners was very friendly.

Cons:

No parking with the reservation cost they asked me to pay more for parking and most of the time I had to park in other places around the hotel and face some behavior issues from the street keepers!

Receptionists need training how they should talk to the clients and how they prioritize the clients needs.
