The manager Dentz is very cooperative and helpful. The staff is good. The room is comfortable. Only the colors used for beddings, chairs furniture should be pastel color. It's in red, too goddy.
Should provide more bottles water qty, atleast 1 lit per person as it's at ,86.70 ft height wherein the travellers have to drink more water to keep themselves hydrated all.the time so as to avoid health issues because of poor oxygen level in air.
Also should provide at least tea coffee kettle with tea, coffee, sugar, milk powder sachets as that's every hotelier does these days. It's bare minimum expectation.h
The hotel staff are not helpful.
Ubicación en el centro pero en una calle menos ruidosa, todo muy limpio, ascensor, personal muy amable
Problema con la ducha no salía agua por arriba solo por abajo, nos ofrecieron unos tés al llegar ( pensábamos que de cortesía) y nos lo cobraron al salir, por el precio podría incluir el desayuno
Best tourist hotel in kargil very modern facilities and staff are so kind and accommodating, food from the hotel is also very good and cheap price, hotel staff will also help arrange shared taxi to leh/Srinagar
The manager and staff were great, they were really helpful. They have arranged for our pick up from bus station, for a taxi to visit nearby towns and a shared taxi to Leh. We had big backpacks and for us it was great that these pick ups were arranged to and from the hotel. Room is clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable and cozy. Location was also great, near to the main strip of shops.
The location is excellent, and the staff were also very kind.
Thank you to the manager for actively helping with the difficult situation.
