Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Zone und ist modern eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet und lag ruhig zu einer Nebenstraße. Man konnte das Auto sicher in einer hoteleigenen Garage für 20€/Tag parken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig mit einer großen Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Speisen.

Cons:

Leider ging die Lüftung im Bad nicht und bei Benutzung der Regendusche spritzte das Wasser aus der Duschkabine. Der Lärmpegel im Frühstücksraum war hoch und es hatte eher Kantinenatmosphäre. Wir fanden es unhygienisch, wenn die Servicekräfte gleichzeitig die Tische abräumten und neu eindeckten und dabei das frische Besteck an den Essensflächen anfassten.

The hotel truly surprised us and exceeded our expectations. The staff and service were outstanding — everyone was very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We went downstairs for coffee in the evening, and they made us delicious café con leche at no additional cost. The location is excellent.

They offer paid parking by the day, but it was more convenient for us to leave the car in the small square across the street, since we only stayed one night and left early the next morning. In the end, we only paid for a few hours of parking. That parking lot charges during an approximate schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Cons:

The only small inconvenience was regarding the crib. During the booking process, there was an option to request one, but it was not clear that it had an additional cost. When we arrived, we were told we would need to pay for it because it had already been set up, even though we explained that we did not need it and would not use it.

It was not a major issue, but it would have been helpful for the extra cost to be clearly stated in advance.

Camera pulita e posizione eccellente. Colazione ricca di scelta anche se il sapore delle torte non rispecchiava il loro aspetto. Staff gentile

Cons:

Camera prenotata a prezzo ben maggiore del solito per evento in città, ma che non significa avere uno standard più basso o non informare i clienti della stanza in cui verranno messi se diversa da quella prenotata.
Il benservito ci è stato riservandoci la stanza dedicata ai disabili (priva di barriere architettoniche) che non rispecchiava le foto mostrate su Booking, e che ovviamente non ci avevano comunicato. WC altamente scomodo perché era un WC con i requisiti d’ uso per una persona disabile e quando si tirava lo sciacquone molto schizzi uscivano fuori. A seguito della doccia, bagno completamente allagato per lo scarico bloccato, e non essendoci barriere, l’ acqua e il sapone sono arrivati sino alla camera. Un disagio che creato un grosso ritardo ai nostri piani. Questo dovuto probabilmente all’ uso saltuario della camera e dalla scarsa manutenzione. Non è stato possibile cambiare camera in quanto la struttura era piena. La signora delle pulizie ci ha
gentilmente asciugato tutto e ci ha messo nella condizione di finire di prepararci per uscire.

Due Note negative anche all’ insonorizzazione della stanza, svegliati più volte dal cliente della stanza accanto che russava e la scarsa protezione dalle zanzare. Ogni volta che si apriva la finestra ne entravano molte e ok non poter mettere le zanzariere in tutte le camere, ma un vape alla presa…..
