Staff gentilissimo, camera confortevole, non mancava nulla, ottima posizione centralissima. Ambienti molto puliti, buona colazione.

Cons:

L'unico neo se vogliamo, è che non hanno latte d'avena. Ma proprio se vogliamo dire qualcosa che non va perché il resto impeccabile!

Pros:

La stanza era pulita e confortevole, dotata di mini frigo con minibar (a pagamento) e bollitore + bustine di tè e caffè istantaneo. Il bagno spazioso con bidet. A noi è capitata una camera con la vasca da bagno invece che la doccia: nessun problema per noi giovani, potrebbe essere un po’ scomoda per una coppia anziana. Ottima la posizione, in cinque minuti si è al Castello! Buona anche la colazione e lo staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate e si sente quasi tutto dalle altre camere, in particolare quando viene tirato lo sciacquone. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione: la vasca perdeva molta acqua e non era molto chiaro come attivare il doccino… Abbiamo scoperto dopo diversi tentativi di dover tirare il tubo stesso per attivarlo

Pros:

Albergo a due passi dal centro storico. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Utile e comodo il parcheggio interno multipiano. Punto di forza la prima colazione con ampia scelta. Molto apprezzata la varietà di dolci. Quando torno a Ferrara, e non è la prima volta, questo albergo è il mio punto di riferimento.

Pros:

The reception staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, especially the cake. 😀 The room and bathroom were small, but you get what you pay for. When we departed the hotel receptionist ordered a taxi for us which arrived promptly.

Cons:

The hotel cannot be blamed for the heat, but it was a long way to walk to the museums.
