we vegged out after our trek and ordered room service to chill. Tea and water were offered to us.
Pros:

Fair price for quality. Responsive room service, staff was very helpful with our needs while we stayed there. Beds were quite comfy.

Cons:

If you are picky about bathroom cleanliness, do not come here. Otherwise, this place was great. Also we had left a camera and airpods. They managed to return the camera to us. They are still searching for the airpods.

Pros:

We stayed on 2 separate occasions & both times it was excellent. The room was spacious & clean with a comfortable bed. There is also a wonderful terrace with views to Kanchenjunga on a clear day.
The staff are really kind, friendly & helpful- we had an evening train & we were able to leave our bags during the day.
The location is ideal for Siliguri Junction station & the Hong Kong Market is a short walk. There are plenty of food options close by.
We would definitely recommend Phoenix.
