طقم الاستقبال ممتاز واخص بالشكر الجزيل السيد اودي الذي ساعدني في حجزي لدى الخطوط القطريه وححز المقعد وكرت صعود الطائره. والفندق قريب جدا من مركز تجاري مسافه بالقدم.. رائع جدا

Excellent Customer Experience!
Pros:

Bring the customer, I feel so satisfied with the professional service provided by the hotel during my business trip in JKT, such as delicious breakfast, good facilities, timely housekeeping, and so on. Besides that, the friendly staff upgrade my room freely, which I really appreciate that. Definitely, I will choose Mangkuluhur Residences by Lorin again to stay, when I travel to JKT next time.

The room was quite nice and clean

Cons:

There was loud banging nearby and also the aircon was AWFUL. This has been a problem many times when I’ve stayed there. The rooms are too hot

Good hotel
Pros:

Such a great stay! The room was beautiful and super comfortable, April were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Honestly, everything just felt easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back! 😄✨

One of the Best places to stay
Pros:

Strategic place to have formal meeting or leisure. You can play PADEL here too…haha.
Got the hospitality from the hotel staff, thanks to Miss Magnolia (a hotel receptionist) for the warm welcome and good communication.
