La stanza molto pulita e nuova. Siamo stati davvero bene
Sinceramente le scale che portano all'appartamento sono fatiscenti, sporche è dir poco, davvero squallide. Mi dispiace che in camera non abbiamo trovato la macchina del caffè che per noi italiani è fondamentale
Don’t look any further — this is the perfect place to stay! The location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient for exploring Budapest. The apartment was spotless, newly renovated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Excellent location, Basilica is very close, Terror Musem also, Parlament, Heroes Square and Chain Bridge also quite close, room was nice, loved the bathroom even more 😄 Very clean, we had everything we needed in the room, building has the elevator(hotel is on the 1st floor with it, 2nd if you use the staircase). We saw stuff only when checking in but were very nice. For the price, it is absolutely perfect!

I guess people come here for the location, which is OK but there are many other options at better value.
I am upset that this was included among the hotels; it simply is not a hotel or an "aparthotel," whatever that is. No front desk, no lobby or place to go outside of your room--it is a dormitory, and a badly-run one. Although they promised they would respond to texts 24/7, mine went unanswered and when I did receive replies, they were rude and unhelpful. I asked how to lower the temp on the A/C, and they said I should just open a window (they also advertise a non-existent desk). Every couple of days I ran into a human being on the staff, and they were always scowling. This was not worth the price compared to real hotels in the same area, so I feel cheated. The manager will probably respond to this to say that everything is very clearly explained if you just scroll down, go to the third page, etc. etc. but the simple fact remains: when I filter for hotels on booking.com, I expect actual hotels. An utter disappointment.

We stayed in these apartments for two days and were very satisfied. The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and cozy, and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay, from towels to kitchen utensils and cutlery. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
