Great location.
Pros:

The manager was very nice. And the cleaning staff were friendly. We like that it was conveniently located near the Oktagon which made it easy to take transit to all parts of the city. At the same time, it was on a fairly quiet street.

Cons:

The stairs were very dark. The lights needed to be activated by a motion sensor. However, if you're not very tall the lights may not activate unless you wave your arms. LOL.

Cons:

Avevo prenotato la navetta e non sono venuti a prenderci senza neanche scusarsi ci hanno detto di chiamare un taxi (dopo più di mezz'ora all' areoporto, se non avessimo chiamato noi staremmo ancora la ).
La struttura non ha una reception, non c'è nessuno e abbiamo dovuto aspettare oltre l'orario descritto per il check in che arrivasse qualcuno, con la paura che fosse tutta una truffa onestamente
