Except for the food, it was below average than the expected standard of GINGER

Cons:

Room is suffocating, no fresh air, full of dust or smoke like environment. Complained to the front office, was informed that they will try to shift into a cleaner room but didn’t happen. Exhaust not working in the toilet despite complaint registered.

My experience was very disappointing. The reception staff was rude and unprofessional, and the service was not satisfactory. The food quality was also poor—the meal was undercooked and not properly prepared. Overall, it was not worth the visit. I hope the management improves both customer service and food quality.
